Love me some o these...but alas I soaked too too many and now I'm stuck with an extra few cups. So I usually just make an oatmeal with some dates and thats fab but I'm looking for some tried and true recipes. Does anyone have any? I've got a dehydrator if that helps. I've googled and found a few good ones (i think anyways) but I'd love to know if anyone has made a cracker/bread with the groats

Thats funny you ask VeganDiva! I JUST put my green pie in the freezer like an hour ago! I'm a day late! This pie was a lot more work than the others for sure. I made some coconut meringue for the top and it has to set up in the fridge for a few hours. I'll post a pic soon. Can you post one too? Is it way too late? xo

Hi fellow foodies! I'm luvin my dessert recipe book Sweet Gratitude! This recipe doesn't contain nuts... Unless you count the coconut but thats not really a nut..it's a seed! Here I present the Coconut Cream Pie! What a hit! This was so much fun to make and way more fun to eat (of course!) Just like what Maryann or Ginger would have made since they didn't have an oven on that island! Enjoy )

Hi! here's the scoop on my experience....raw food is highly perishable since it's so full of nutrition. microbes love it (thats how you can tell it's so healthy!) Just a day or 2 in the fridge I would imagine is how long a marinara would last. No matter how you wrap it up. Dehyrated food lasts longer since most of the moisture is gone. Hope I helped (a bit)! Congrats on your weight loss and your
