I had a severe, debilitating acid reflux problem, now I don't thanks to eating mostly fruits and a little bit of nuts and greens.

I think you can digest veggies. I used to have bruises because I laid off the greens for a while trying to just go fruitarian. Now I eat one leaf of Kale everyday, and my bruises are gone due to the vitamin K.

I like doing a lot of what the other people have posted on here. I also think lifting weights in moderation is alright, too. Probably some of them aren't the most natural, but it is fun.

I eat some of the seed, they are good! Anyway, yes! I have been trying to get my fill of watermelon lately before it goes out of season. Maybe I shouldn't because the addiction will get me in the winter.

I like the sun, but not too much of it in a day. Go sit in the shade for a little bit. Shade was made for us, too.

Juicing lemons at 6:00 a.m. then melon 90 min. later. really sped my detox. But I was already raw for 3 months. Just take it easylike the rest have said.

If you don't overeat, you shouldn't get a stomachache. Unless detox is happening. I am developing into a fruitarian myself. I have one salad a day only. I feel satisfied throughout the day when I space my fruit out for about 90 minutes. I personally find that juicing lemons in the morning around 6 a.m. and then 90 minutes later eating some melon cleanses and detoxes the body really well. It

I know I don't have all of the answers, but I thought I'd add that hypothyroidism makes people's hair fall out. Some of my hair did several years ago. Just some input. *shrugs*

Nice try, I think I scared that guy off anyway. That's why I don't suggest anything anymore, because what works for one person, may not work for someone else. Plus, I thought I was helping because I used to have IBS, not anymore with a high-fruit, lowfat diet.

Yes, I agree with m. Fruit has the calories for energy and some minerals, as the leaves have more of the minerals, with not that many calories for energy.

Yes! It changes me! My face is nicely sculpted and looks like it is in more proportion and supple. My acne is gone. I like raw a lot. Especially lemon juice right away in the morning has done a lot for me.

Raisins have high iron in them, but you don't want to eat too much of them. I eat sea vegtables such as dulse. Very high in iron! and delicious, if you've never tried them. Interesting information, btw.

All I have to say is WOW! Lemons are awesome! Very detoxifying! I have been juicing lemons with my citrus juicer every morning upon waking for the past week, and that was my missing link. Ever since I've started three months ago on raw, and now for a month now 100%, I've had a coated tounge. Ever since I've started the lemons, my coated tounge is gone now. At first, my mouth did NOT like lemo

Sound like you are doing good. I was just seeing if you had an allergy of some sorts since allergies occur on the raw diet. For instance my son is allergic to strawberries. BUT, you would know better than anyone on here if it is allergies or detox.

Hello. Just checking in. I can see where I am going and where I came from. I have been thinking a lot about what rawgosia says "Be your own guru". That is so true in this raw food journey. It is good to get opinions from others, I think, but most of all to listen to your own body and what it needs. That is what is keeping me feeling so well lately. I have had bruises and rashes an

Hi rooneyandmuldoon, What kinds of things do you eat? Just curious. Yeah, I had a lot of skin stuff go on for the past 3 months, too, not little bumps, though. Just bruises, mild rashes, and mild acne. Now I just have mild acne and the bruises are going away. Anyway, I increased my raw fruit and veggie intake a year ago, without even knowing about raw foods. When I started out I went 85

In June when I started, I lost a lot of weight. I got down to 95lbs. Now for the past month I have regained some weight up to around 100.5 pounds. So does that mean I am putting on raw weight and am done with detox? My skin is breaking out right now though, (which happens around those certain times of the month. Oh, and my dizzy spells are gone. Any thoughts, anyone?
