I agree about an athlete learning from a sports coach, however – true to Rogers' paradigm – I'm not sure that that type of learning would be consequential for behavior outside of the sports arena.

Eating bananas signals to your body that you are in a tropical climate, and your hypothalamus will lower your internal body temperature accordingly. IMO, in colder weather it's wiser to eat more temperate climate fruits.
