It's true you shouldn't need scientific evidence to know something works. If I feel good about it, I continue. If you don't feel obviously better then there's a good chance there's some placebo effect.

Look at those specific articles at this site: No notes or links whatsoever to back up the claims. No offense, but who wrote this stuff? There was a time when I willingly believed what I read and couldn't imagine that anyone would write something that could affect people if they weren't 100% sure about it. Well, it's happening everywhere as most of you know. For example: QuoteThe

So, up until now nobody has yet shown me a single evidence that wheat grass juice is more beneficial than other greens. Even the link to nrjournal use the words "perhaps", "potential" rather than stating facts. In Wigmore's "The wheat grass book" she states that WG contains all essential amino acids, enzymes and chlorophyll. All protein foods have all essential a

QuoteTheir glycemic index is so high that raises your blood sugar way to fast. Too fast for what? When you're eating little or no overt fat (10% or less of calories) the sugar comes in and goes out fast from the body. It's almost impossible then to get too much sugar from fruits. The body will let you know when the sugar levels are raised enough when eating simple carbs from fruit and the hung

Today my plan is: 12 persimmons 12 bananas 2 cups of blueberries 1 head of iceberg lettuce 3 stalks of celery 3 carrots No fat is not optimum. Practicing 811 diet correctly will give sufficient amounts of fat in healthy proportions. You can add a bit of fat to your meals, but not every day. I like eating some nuts (10-18) a couple of times a week.

But if you get into the thinking: What is the food, in fact the only sort of foods, that taste delicious as they are in nature without anything added? Fruits and veggies! Legumes are for birds and poisonous to humans if eaten raw. Does your mout
