Hi Respected 1989 The book of Sergei and Valya Boutenko (Eating without Heating) might be what you're looking for. There is an intro with their story but the main part is the recipes - simple and good. Cynthia

I come from a meat-dairy-sugar eating family but I'm a vegetarian since many years so my family got used to it. One of my brothers is vegetarian too, and a nephew ... so were my late sister and her husband - might be rampant in our genes lol ! At times the four of us would be sitting at the familial table with the carnivorous gang - there was plenty of everything so it was easy to pick up only

two might be enough for pollination but if you have enough place it's nice to have 3 or 4 of them so you'll get more blueberries and enjoy more!

That one I bought as well as a few others - but there is a quite big patch of wild blueberries on my property so i put them all together. The soil there is pretty acidic and damp, with mosses and tiny Drosera rotundifolia (carnivorous plants). Wild blueberry species might colonize over time as a matter of being on an appropriate ground but not so the store-bought plants. You have to buy man

well - I think too more and more about breatharianism as the way humans with purpose should go obviously non-absorption or bad absorption of food because of anti-nutrients or others reasons like weakness of bodily organs, negative emotions, etc. is a problem. so, the ideal is there and I see it (see previous post) but I agree we have to do something more (cleansing, fasting, ...) to get wh

I read this highly scientific based thread and I fell hopeless - Has eating to be so complicated? Could we just go by our senses, our body feeling? For example, if a food tastes good in its natural, unprocessed and untransformed state, then it would be appropriated to be eaten? - if we have to put seasoning on it, salt, oil so we can digest it then we should think twice. Why should we

the body gets more easily happy with raw food - simply said one needs less food - much less - especially if you don't go into complicated recipes that require expensive ingredients - just stick to fresh local fruits and vegetables, add some soaked nuts and seeds, do some sprouting and you'll loose weight even without thinking about it while at the same time saving money on grocery bills lo

hello guys from a feminine point of view, wearing socks with sandals looks, well, a little bit odd, hum I'd say unsightly, without wanting to offend - shoes should be preferred when the temperature is cold but i guess it's a matter of taste Cynthia

coco, I understand what you mean and you're right but I was talking not for the whole world here but for this raw food community - we can grow food on balconies, do sprouting, etc. I believe we have a lot of knowledge. We can also look for good producers - there some very good ones and conscious too... Not all food is contaminated after all. I think there is always a way if we do really want

well - each time we find something disturbing, we can try to do something about it. As for food, we can have our own piece of land and grow food. As for violence in the world, we can meditate and be ourself a more positive person... then irradiating good and love around us and ultimately to the whole world ...and so on. We can always do something ... Some people in this world do worst things t

sprout watering when traveling? maybe you could use fresh non sweet juice or good bottled water? just a thought... even to continue using distilled water is probably a challenge when traveling... as all the little things we are used to do as rawfoodists : soaking, rinsing, ... we have to adapt love, Cynthia

If personnal water distillers are problematic, we can also rely on store-bought DW. I live in Quebec, Canada, and I still have to find a supplier. The local groceries and drugstores sell demineralized water only ... I have to check in some other bigger stores today.

Eating should be a simple thing, not something complicated. We should not try to change those (naturally bad tasting foods) who do not love us. If their offering (taste) is not sweet nor agreeable to us, then they don't love us and don't deserve to join us in our journey (eating and living). just me two cents love Cynthia

I also saw something about the need to have a post distillation filter. So it is best to shop closely before buying i guess.
