frozen corn is not raw - maybe that's why those corn crakers are not bitter? just a guess frozen peas are also blanched thanks Xephaniah for the craker recipe - I'll give it a try

for the crunchy side of life i tried the cheezy kale (i didn't have any kale so I used some cabbage leaves) well I didn't make it to the deshydrator though I ate evrything before - the whole thing looked soooo good (ha, ha!!) I 'm sprouting some buckwheat to try the buckwheat bread (a recipe I found here somewhere) the grains are still into the beginning of the sprouting process aft

thank you coco! I'll give it a try with pulp. Effectively, the only not so worst recipe I have tried was with sprouted buckwheat - a rather strange taste though but the crackers were crunchy.

In Rawvolution, Matt Amsden uses garlic (a lot of it) in almost every recipe besides sweets. He's probably a garlic lover. When I tried his original hummus recipe, i put half the garlic as I'm not used to it and my mouth was burning.
