62. coconut oil
I bought some coconut oil last week for the first time and the entire bottle is almost gone!!! I consumed so much cocnut oil this week and i have no idea why.
I almost got like addicted to it (not really but thats what it felt like)
After i would eat a spoon full about 30-45 min laater i wanted to stretch and i just felt really differnt.
anyone know why?
I read that it was good for detoxing

64. hows my diet?
Hey
so i have been 100% raw for almost a month and my diet has stayed pretty consistant and i was just wanting some insight on how healthy my diet is and if their is anything i can do to improve or where i am falling short as far as nutrition goes.

I know that all alcohol is refined but whta would be the safest thing to drink when goingout with my friends?

i read the back of the cranberry juice they use and it had high frutose corn syrup which i know is horiable for you so not cape cod!

I just turned 21 and I enjoy drinking right now......what can i drink if i am RAW? obviously alcohol is not all raw but are their any drinks i could order at a bar and not feel guilty?
i have been drinking bloody marys.
i thought about bringing my own orange juice and asking for a shot of vodka.....i know im not a cool 21 year old..but i am definantly a healthy one..

I have been going raw for a couple months and i am now completly raw.
My face, as i mentioned in a previous post, is breaking out more and more every day. I am feeling lower and lower self esteem as a result, which makes me doubt my raw decision.
The scars will take forever to go away!

I just started eating RAW. I seldon if ever consume cooked food. When i do its all organic and all veggies. Once i started this new diet my face started breaking out live crazy, worse than it ever has. Is this because of the diet change or is it because i take a percription drug every day? And should i stop taking the medication?
