Well, to keep on topic, Lightform, I did watch the trailer. Sounds like Thrive may want to hook with the Scientologists or something. That might be interesting. Who needs to hear another story about how the government in league with Edison may have conspired to off Mr. Tesla, use his ideas, suppress his work all for greed or whatever. NO "free energy" in Amurica! At least that's what I

I think you guys are missing the point. I agree cats and dogs are natural meat eaters. It's just, imagine if you were a cat, but even though your own natural instinct was to eat animals, you wished you didn't have to because of whatever reason. Anyway, i remember being a pig too. So peaceful, grisly ending.

i remember a life as a dolphin. really. i didn't want to eat anymore fish, so i starved myself to death, and got reincarnated as a human as a reward. (still vegetarian!)

i've tried some tahini cookies (i think they were called tahini thumbprints) the sesame flavor is great mixed with sugar) but to stay raw, i've used it before with cocoa/carob to excellent cookie results

ooh, i love this. thank you coco for the idea. i made a big thing of it, i'm calling it rootbeer tonic, and it actually today tasted like the sweet tea from Wendy's. (except less sugar and no caffeine)

i'd be interested in maybe a mortar and pestle like a really nice one.wouldn't it be great if it whad a cast iron base for extra iron. though, that is definitely not in the realm of a bike powered food processor. there's always a rocket chef. though i find those better with two people. (one holding it steady.

i don't know if you got rid of it or not already, but ebay is loads of fun. selling stuff (at least if it's good enough to sell) or else charity always makes you feel good too. (besides that, small space decorating shows/articles help too)

i like Muscle Milk. it's not vegan, please don't ban me. another great one is almond smoothies with a sweetener. but you have to chew a little. i make them in a Magic Bullet. they are so easy that way. those Special K bars are probably loaded with corn syrup, i like my homemade ones way better. (mostly nuts, dates, and lecithin ) do you "uncook"? i don't know the method your talking

i cold steeped about a tablespoon of seedpods in the 2 cups of water in the fridge overnight - not bad with the rootbeer extract and brown sugar - like a kicked up vitamin water. (herbally it's sounds to be good for you, well, me at least) it's got a fairly strong flavor of the cardamom

coco- cotton is warm when you layer it! even a flimsy tank underneath will add a warm layer, or a t-shirt under a flannel type material - cozy and comfy in layers (i used to live in vermont) the best sweater i ever had was a medium thick 100% cotton fisherman sweater. wool for outerwear.

i tried it as a base for some of my "rootbeer" just soaked whole (I admit, i got impatient and nuked it for a half a minute, though the cold soaking for the minute i waited actually did flavor the water a little) nice and spicy tone with no caffeine. whole raw cardamom pod brown sugar teensy bit rootbeer extract

it should be fine sitting, but you might get more scoby. it does get nice and crisp and light the longer it sits.it's easy to make your own. it comes out just as good if not better. (and cheaper!) i haven't had any bottles explode, and i've had some sitting for quite the while, though there is a point somewhere about oxygen possibly being a factor, so i wouldn't be afraid to open them either.

well, i don't know about the lectins, but i personally think the blood type diet has some truth to it. i noticed personally from people i know that people tend to gravitate toward "their" diet naturally, and when they don't, they look really unhealthy, like unhealthily fat and suffer from problems.i would recommend that book to anyone. it's very interesting.. i felt great when i star

celery root is also known as celeriac. it's a little different than regular celery but is also a great treat, esp. shredded on salad. so good. i'm pretty sure, adam, that the white parts are fine to eat. maybe you're thinking scallions or green onions or something. on a different note, i never heard that about the leaves before. the dirt usu comes off easy, and i don't know if everyone does this,

Hi Mislu, I think compassion and empathy come naturally to us in general. Maybe you have some suppressed anger toward some people that is transfering to humanity as a whole. Maybe journaling about it may help. Is there anyone or some groups of people or something that you may be holding in some angry thoughts about, resentments? jealousy?
