hmm maybe I should steer clear of them altogether then... Not guaranteed either raw or vegan, and I've never had it before anyway...
So.. Guess it will be Kale wraps instead of nori rolls.

213. Nori Rolls
So I wanna try making some sushi, which I have never had really before, and I hear a lot of stuff about these nori sheets.
Now, from what I hear, seaweed has a lot of minerals in it, but what I want to know is- are unrasted nori sheets actually raw?
Thanks for the insight,

Hey guys!!
Mmm, not too much new happening lately.
Chocolate update: I waited a week for the refund, and when it didn't come, I emailed again asking about it and they put it on my account. Interesting story here though: I am buying from a new company, and do you know how much their shipping was? 2 pounds or something, almost nothing. I am trying from funky rob's shop.
Mmmm, been working a lo

I don't really like orange juice without pulp, so I just throw my oranges directly into the blender, and maybe add some grapes or melon for more liquid. Mmmmmm

Hey Stockholm Syndrome- are you from stockholm?
Thanks for the coconut info as well
Sachelle- day 2, and I have already eaten veggies and raw chocolate. Although, I didn't have my usual tea. I think it must be summer soon! I think my goal with the fruitarian bit was to cut down on the nuts. i tend to eat them like mad, seeds as well. I ate a whole coconut yesterday and so much fruit, I could

Hej guys!!
Hope everyone is doing well! I am so full of pina coladas, I think I am gonna @#$%& a pineapple. I also made a coconut-banana-strawberry smoothie this morning for breakfast, which was really really nice.
Time for me to go to the shops and get some groceries this week, but I am not quite sure what I am going to buy. I was thinking of having a fruitarian week, but... I know my sof

Hi guys!
Made a "real" pina colada last night with a yummy pineapple and a coconut, added some bananas to make it more, but I think I am gonna try making one again tonight only with pineapple and coconut.
I am eating my favourite breakfast smoothie right now, banana mango and orange. Mmmm, I think I am going to do a fruit day today, no nuts or seeds, but just fruits and perhaps some

IloveJen,
yes. I lost half of my body weight from when I was very fat. I keep trying to visualise how it would look laying in a pile in front of me and it refreshes me that all that weight is no longer in me/a part of me.

hi tree! glad to have you here!!
I am 95% raw, but I drink hot tea every day, and maybe once a month I eat 1 partially cooked meal. I don't feel bad about it, not one bit! It works great for me, I don't feel toxic or dirty or tired, plus I get all the benefits (I feel) from the raw diet!
Right now, this works just fine for me, so don't feel bad if you don't want to leave something behind. J

Welcome to the forum Inaia!
When I started raw, i went BANG all in the 100%, no exceptions... Until I lost way too much weight and became over-fatigued. (I didn't eat many nuts, no seeds... just low cal fruits and veg). Needless to say, I returned to cooked for a while, but I soon returned to raw again.
Now, I eat 95% raw. I have a cup of tea every day, and maybe a cooked meal at a family eve

I eat similarly to jojiarun. I eat fruits in the morning, fruits and maybe some nuts for lunch, and then I have a tea sometime in the afternoon. After that, it is all vegetables and maybe some seeds.

Starfruit- I saw your pictures that you have posted! You have such nice ivory skin! Very beautiful

Hey Taylor!
I am doing really well! Walked for about an hour this morning to get to the gym, and then ran 30 mins and lifted some weights. Tomorrow morning will be Yoga and then class.
I did buy the bars, but I haven't got the refund for them yet. They should arrive in the mail tomorrow or the next day, so we will see. Although I have been hearing a lot of negative talk about raw chocolate

One banana and two kiwis do NOT make a good smoothie.
I think the acid ate my throat.

230. Coconut Milk
Hi there guys!
I buy my coconut milk at the store in sweden, sold in a can, but with no preservatives or added chemicals, just coconut and water.
I was wondering though, is canned coconut milk cooked at all in the processing?
I wanna make some "authentic pina coladas" as pineapple is my favourite fruit and it tastes wicked with coconut, but I am afraid to buy whole raw coconuts at

Hey guys thanks!!
I eat lots of walnuts, almonds, and a brazil nut daily for selenium.
At least one orange a day, and a bag of leafies,
but on fitday.com, it still says I am only gettying 50-60% my daily calcium.
Do you think we raw-fooders need maybe less calcium that the SAD-fooders?
