Great goal, not one I am seeking. GrandMa's soup is ok sometimes. Food has a social and cultural dimension.

Just curious not trying to dig into someone private issues, but why do the "little one get very sick", is the rawness and veganism of their parents not working for them? They were started on the right path, not into SAD, chewing on organic raw veggies, drinking juices, smoothies.

This is a simple 1 + 1 = 2. No philosophy or Einstein. coco is telling us that she does not use bee food because of the way they are treated. But she has bee products in her fridge. Is she raising bee the right way or from a known bee keeper? You cannot claim to be a bee concerned person while you have their products and do not know how it is made? or does she know?

I just think it is unfair to to state "Why I do not eat bee food" while you have honey in your fridge. Maybe she forgot she had honey in her fridge.

In nature it is called equilibrium, food chain, where an animal need to eat another for survival and for natural equilbrium. We human have fruits to partake in that equilbrium, we do not necessarly need to eat other animals and their babies.

In nature life is taken, eaten out of necessity, the lion has can only feed on other animals, he has no choice, that is how he was made, but we human we have other means of survival, taking life when it is not necessary is a waste, a crime.

I am not vegan but here is the why vegan, why not milk Quote Why Veganism? People choose to be vegan for health, environmental, and/or ethical reasons. For example, some vegans feel that one promotes the meat industry by consuming eggs and dairy products. That is, once dairy cows or egg-laying chickens are too old to be productive, they are often sold as meat; and since male calves do n

Maybe we should not even walk on the grass or open our mouth, we are killing or swallowing micro organisms. More bees and working harder it may not be all bad for them, we still need to treat them with concern and care.

Very few will salivate at eating a bowl of kale or turnip, they are not appealing, you have to prepare them and add some black pepper to help with digestion, or blend them with fruits. So unnatural. Eat fruits and drink juice. Simple.

I just think the benefit of fiber is exagerated. There is plenty of fiber in fruits. For most, blended greens remain indigestible, drink green juices and eat fruits, very simple, and clean. Fruit was supposed to be our main diet, green juices add an extra benefits because most have health issues.

It all depends what are eating in the first place, if it is a high water content food, there is no need for extra help with digestion, the food has its own digestive enzymes, there is no need for black pepper to help out in digesting some juicy grapes, or pineapple. but if you are eating pizza, bread, or raw kale in salad you may need the extra help.

The natural hygiene folks got it right otherwise we could qualify a piece of dirty wood as food it has nutrients too. It is a food when our entire body can participate with excitement and joy in the eating experience until one is full. Our fiends in the wild know that by instinct.

coco your definition actually proves that red pepper is not a food, you could not maintain life and growth on eating red pepper alone, it is not a food. If you had red pepper left in your fridge, you would agree you have no food to maintain life.

Quote Rejuvelac. We used to call it rejuve-rot. It is not a Hippocrates invention, it is a traditional drink from the Baltic countries. We used it in the past because we thought it had lacto-bacteria. We paid for a study on rejuvelac; we naively thought the fermentation would always be good bacteria. The study found that this was not the case; 40% of the batches tested were good, 60% were bad. Al

I do not eat garlic but I do put some onions in my smoothies sometimes. Have not seen any difference in my spirituality or lack of it. It is hard to notice any difference when you have nothing to start with. I did not know there was a theory on food and spirituality. I thought what we needed most for that purpose was eating living and cleansing foods to keep the body lighter, free of disease a

Food alone cannot do it. When the digestive system is weakened and there are blockages and air cannot flow, you have gas, pain. Regular abdominal exercise, and regular fasting is the next system. isometric exercises are particularly helpful, you do not have to wait for the gym, you can exercise while working, driving, anywhere
