Mung beans are absolutely much better when grown completely in the dark. They are even better again when grown with a weight sitting on the beans...doing this makes them more juicy and plump so they are much better for eating. Growing them in indirect light makes them tough and fibrous.

I've always found that it is far easier to be all raw and eat really well during winter because l always eat the heavy foods and am able to grow lots of greens etc. But during the summer l need to be more careful because l am unable to grow many greens (too hot for most things to survive), and too much fruit can bring on cravings and take away that usual satisfied feeling on raw. For the next two weeks l will happily live on: Breakfast - grass juice - distilled water Lunch - sprouted flax seeds - sprouted chia seeds - seaweeds Late afternoon - distilled water Dinner - fermented almonds - fermented hazel nuts - green algae On weekends it will be fruit all day (not by choice) and sprouted flax and chia for dinner. The issue l have is that you never know what cosmetic surgery women have had these days, so none of these pictures and people mean much to me, + makeup can cover many things The question l ask is why do the raw men generally age like most other people, but a bunch of women look very young and vibrant.
