Quotelisa m TSM - can I ask what kind of fermentation you use with your seed sprout meals please? Yes. I soak my sprouted seeds in rejuvalic for 1 - 3 days (depends on weather) and then blend for 15 - 20 seconds. Wonderful meals and the backbone of a great raw food vegan diet that l promote. AND when you add in ample green juices in the morning you have great nutrition levels reached. Spr

Quotebluespixie Hi guys I recently needed to cut down on food spending and found my current fairly-high fat raw diet isn't do-able. To do 80-100% raw, I found I needed sweet or processed treats like raw cakes/truffles/breads/'cheesy' sauces to keep me interested- but now spending the best part of £10 on ingredients just isn't cost effective, lol! It's still quite cold here at the moment

Quotebanana who TSM: I just want to apologize for my tone in my last post. I was a bit irked because I was inspired to post something positive after seeing a particular video and the response wasn't where I wanted to take it but that doesn't mean I should react like that. I wasn't bothered by the tone of your post, but I feel l should apologise for spoiling all your fun and enthusiasm about t

The more pure the spirit, the more sensitive to one's energy you get. It NEVER fails! If someone is in touch with dirty spirits or is a dirty spirit, one can sometimes know when they reach a certain level of purity. Most spiritualists are in touch with deceptive dirty spirits, and that is why most in my experience have toxic fields. AND if you listen to these spiritualists or entities you can get

Lots of these terms have been thrown around these days. People would be wise to be careful of the things they are channeling. Humans seem to be very trusting and seem to hang on virtually every word of the entities they channel, but who are these entities?...we can't be sure, but most of these channelers seem to believe virtually anything they are told by these entities. And we get these poor

Is manganese overconsumption a problem with food according to PROPER studies? If it is it is more reason to drink fresh juiced grasses instead of powders, but even juiced grasses and sprouts can cause problems if not carefully done. In summery, generally a diet should be put together carefully without various nutrients being too excessive. Some things like B12 can be had in high amounts, but

Yes, cleaning chia seeds is impossible. I eat a lot of chia. Chia does seem much cleaner than other seeds, but l can never be sure it is clean. Quoteiandthou Hi all Today I opened my first packet of chia seeds. Like all seeds, I began to rinse them in a pot under a tap thoroughly, only to realise that this is not to be done in the case of chia seeds. They became mucous like and swell

Quotebanana who I was watching a raw guru promoting some green powder and saying how incredible it is. I feel skeptical from the raw angle...How could it possibly be enzymatic and dried? Either way it must have some value being so rich in chlorophyll but I could juice fresh parsley and kale either way. So does anyone vouch for this stuff? How do you use it and what results did you get? Thanks

I am using a 100 gram measurement, and l am assuming it is wheatgrass powder given the 429 calories per 100. The amazing nutrition figures come from this website: All a person needs to do is add 2 heaping tablespoons of powder to their meals each day (about 14 grams) and that would add a great nutrition boost to their meals. See, these algae and grasses are good little top ups. Look! This

Ever since sprouting first became known by large amounts of people in the 1980's, it never really taken off with many people because no-one knew what to do with sprouts for the most part, so it never formed a staple in one's diet. I think things will change in the next decade and sprouting will find it's place in the diet world. I see a time where sprouting will enter the SAD world and become muc

Fruit is very expensive in some countries and many wouldn't have the income to afford a high fruit lifestyle (especially in Australia), so l can well understand why people would want to be resourceful and pick it out on bins. Sure beats eating processed food. In Australia raw food is an elitist diet because it costs so much. Fruit and veggie diet is the most costly of all (beyond affordabilit

And if you add up the values for each seed you will get the following results: CHIA = 107 (Vit) SESAME = 102 (Vit) SUNFLOWER = 328 (Vit) CHIA = 185 (Mins) SESAME = 332 (Mins) SUNFLOWER = 169 (Mins) As you can basically see, sunflower is the real vitamin powerhouse and sesame is the mineral powerhouse, but does that mean that chia is best avoided for the other two?

Alex Jones has upped his hypnotism techniques by including the spinning `INFOWARS' thingee in the bottom right hand corner just like how the Fox News uses to hypnotise people into a trance whereby they become more acceptable to the propaganda being pushed. Also notice the `infowars' words moving up and down in the background also. Imo it is best to avoid these types of shows that employ t
