QuoteRawPracticalist I am starting to be concerned with the long term effects of too much grass juices, too much green juices... 1 cup of grass juice five days per week is fine. 1 cup of buckwheat juice/radish juice three time per week is fine. 1 cup of sunflower green juice 6 days per week is fine. 1 cup of pea shoot juice 4 - 5 days per week is fine. Some say juices will only convert about 8% to vitamin A where-as beta carotene with fat will convert 50%. Are there any other solutions to maximize the micro

Quotejtprindl Also, what about soaking in water and then afterwards soaking in apple cider vinegar? I haven't tried it, but personally l would be wary of doing that,l am not sure it would be such a good combination. Truly jtprindl, sprouting the chia on cloth is not too time consuming. It really is worth doing. Quotejtprindl Would you be able to sprout 1mm tails on chia by just leavin

VP is still having issues on the high fat diet. Maybe it would be good if he took a few herbs to focus on fixing certain things instead of using the diet fixes all approach. The herbs can be used to focus on fixing certain areas. Obviously solutions need to be looked at. Negatives of my High Fat Raw Vegan Diet I wish l could talk to him, i'd ask him to try making rejuvalic and sprouting

Quotejtprindl What if you soaked chia seeds in water that had enzymes and/or probiotics in them? I don't think they will be too effective in breaking down the chia seeds because of that gel. I have tried fermenting chia seeds and it just doesn't work. By far the best way to have chia raw is to sprout it with 1 mm tails and sit it in rejuvalic for at least 5 minutes and blend for 30 seconds

VP talks about the problems he encountered on the high carb low fat diet and how he is doing well on the high fat low carb diet more then 12 months later. But that is not to say all people do well on a high fat vegan diet. This man ruined his health while doing it. The point is that we need to find what works for us.

The high carb low fat diet wasn't working for Vegetable Police so he went high fat and is doing much better. I was absolutely delighted when l heard this video. People are really starting to wake up imo...people are all different and have different macronutrient ratio requirements. Some do better on high carb, some do better on high protein and others do better on high fat. Btw, Veggie

It's good people are talking about these raw diets that are different from high carb/low fat because it is opening people's eyes to the possibilities on a raw vegan diet. Once the raw diet was very limited because low fat and high carb was considered the law, but so many failed on the diet by living like that, and now we have a bunch of people reporting doing much better on higher fat and lower c

My diet is: - extremely high amino acid availability - extremely high fatty acid availability - moderate carb , but the extremely high fatty acid/amino acid diet does not equate to a extremely high protein and extremely high fat diet because the sprouting and fermentation of much of my diet breaks down moderate amounts of the fats and protein, therefore my diet would be high protein and h

Quotekwan There's a new thing shaking up the raw food community, and it's amazing: it's the raw vegan ketogenic diet. For some of us, it's the answer, the ideal, the thing we've been searching for. I have tons more energy and vitality eating this way than I had in my 25+ years as a high carb/lowfat raw vegan, I feel much better than I did on the low carb diet I tried for a few years, and after se

Sprouting whole buckwheat on soil and juicing the greens is good too, but it MUST be in limited amounts. Maybe have 3 glasses of buckwheat juice per week at most.

Quoteblankpageblankbook Is sprouted buckwheat healthy? It is healthy if it is eaten in limited amounts. Quoteblankpageblankbook How would I have to do it? Soak for how long, and then is it edible or do I have to wait for it to sprout a plant? Soak buckwheat groats for 4 hours and sprout in a jar for about 3 - 4 days. QuoteRawPracticalist So beautiful and healthy The Sproutarian Man. I have been experimenting with growing some of the greens without soil, especially that I am away most of the times. Mung beans are my new friends. Very easy to let them grow into young greens, just keep watering them at least twice a day. They will not stand straight the first few days but as their open their leaves they wi
