QuoteRawPracticalist In conclusion Dick Gregory was good bad human. Yes, all humans have good and bad points. Too easy to focus on bad points, and doing that gets tiring after a while because everyone does that. I feel better when l focus on a person's good points, because focusing on bad points is a waste of emotion because it doesn't change anything. The only way to change a person's bad poin

Dick was also an entertainer by feeding juicy conspiracy theories such as: Dick Gregory - "There Are Two Donald Trumps" Many people have jumped in on the conspiracy theory bandwagon because they know people want to be entertained.

QuotePanchito What you say is true from the nutritional point of view. But from the medicinal point of view, lectins could be anti cancer. If you eat raw oats and feel ok (no sensitivity), then raw oaks could extend your life by killing cancer. One may eat raw soaked grains for the lectin anti cancer benefits, one may chew tabbaco for the aminao acids, one may drink whiskey for the so ca

Good posts KFCA. Interesting as always. One thing l did test was Dr Ann's idea that cats will naturally want to drink wheatgrass juice over other juices because it is the superior food. When l put wheatgrass juice for my cats NONE of them wanted to go near it.

QuotePanchito QuoteAs the oats soak overnight, their digestibility improves greatly. The key has to do with what happens overnight as they soak. Their starches break down which improves digestibility and their natural phytic acid (which all plants contain) is greatly reduced that makes them more easily absorbed by your body. The soaking acts like a long cooking, which you won’t get from jus

The peer reviewed research suggests that sprouts do have some B12, but not near enough. Yes, l do recall red clover having some B12, but still, not near enough. When l lived on large quantities of red clover sprouts for a long period of time l still needed to supplement B12.

Lots of humans like to talk themselves up and make themselves out to be more amazing than what they really are. Never mind, the main thing is to be a really good person, that is such a precious quality to have.

QuoteKFCA But Ann Wigmore's "cure story" is pure B.S. as far as I can determine. As is my wont, I spent a lot of time researching it. The Middleboro, Mass. public library, where Ann lived with her family from circa 1923 until circa 1930 (approximately when she married Mr. Wigmore) has an unusual on-line breakdown of accidents of any type occurring to Middleboro residents by alphabe

Yes the lymphatic has forced me to rethink the entire alkaline/acid theory and do more research on PH and the lymph system. None-the-less l am not so sure Dr Morse has all the answers on this either because we see so many on highly acid diets who seem to have strong bones and decent health. They mention science journals telling us that acidity strips bones under certain conditions, but when y

The thing is... there is lots of evidence in real life of people living on high acid diets in good health until old age, and there is also mentions in the literature of healthy cultures living on highly acidic diets. I shall listen to Dr Morse with great interest, and if l see holes in his ideas l will mention them here. My understanding is that there are different diets that suit diffe

I'm sorry I didn't take a photo but only made a video. Next time. The plants look like faces at 2:06, and a group of faces at 2:07, and big smiley face at 3:19 - 3:20. Love the drum sound in

Mr Kearns' health improvements Mr Kearns has done raw foods and sproutarianism for years because his health was in decline and he had serious health issues, but at age 64 his health was continuing to decline despite him being a raw sproutarian. He had a bad liver, bilirubin and dangerous skin cancers on his hands, he had thyroid issues (couldn't absorb iodine), he got hot and cold very easily,

"magic" is a good description about the lotus flower. Why? Because when we do a demonstration of the Falun Dafa exercises and meditation at local stalls there are usually crowds of people lined up to get the lotus flowers and hear about the story behind the lotus flower. One thing l can say, the lotus flower is very powerful,it draws people in like little else. I never cease to be a

To me it is about the blessings one brings to this life time. Some people have better health and fortune than others - some people abuse their bodies but appear quite healthy while others eat well and still have poor health and die young. Why is this? Is this really an accident? Maybe we do accumulate or lose blessings from previous lives, it would make sense. It certainly wouldn't be fair if we

The issue l have with these `so called' experts is they are trying to make things seem absolute. Some people probably can live well on low nutrient wholefood mono diets, but l am also convinced that many people probably can't in this day and age.

I don't think it is smart promoting this type of thinking too much. Some people can do well on lower nutrient diets, but many people don't seem to imo, and the science largely suggests more nutrients are better than less. Remember, there are different truths for different people, therefore there is no single rule about this. I shall continue watching the video now.

Yes,DHA is an extremely important nutrient and studies are now showing it's high importance in the diet. And one thing that is concluded is that animal products for EPA/DHA is not always reliable because apparent oxidisation of the fats make the studies on EPA show contrasting results....sometimes animal products high in EPA helps and other times it has no effect.

Other times l have been known to do a gallon of weed juice and my head always buzzes and l feel peaced out and feel amazing. I wouldn't mind doing a gallon of green juice (weeds and microgreens only, never vegetable juices) every Saturday.

I might get back to consuming 1 large tray of grass per day. Once upon a time l used to do 2 large trays of grass per day on most days for a number of years.
