Some powerful foods which can help anxiety are: * hops sprouts * poppy seed sprouts * sunflower green sprouts (spouted for roughly 10 days) * chia green sprouts (sprouted for 12 - 14 days) Those seeds above are just some of the helpers that can be added in when other changes are made. And yes, vitamin D3 could well be very very important too.

The book `Living Foods for Optimal Health' list the following store bought/farmers market fruit to avoid: * apricots * brown coconut * dates * dried fruit * mangoes * oranges * peaches * plums "These fruits too often are harvested before they are ripened and so lack the essential vitamins and minerals that would have been manufactured in the tree ripening process. Also, dates an

l would only support use of Marijuana as a seed for sprouting so a green sprout juice is made from it. Lots of benefits from such a plant, but only as an immature green sprout. lt is also the second highest known source of omega 3's. Funny enough...when l talk anout weeds and grasses l sometimes get pot smokers write to me asking me where l got my stash LOL. They are always disappointed when l

Hard to get good protein levels on conventional vegan diets, but very very easy to get it on sprouted diets. When l talk about protein l mean protein that has been broken down into amino acids. Using conventional nuts and seeds on ordinary vegan diets isn't so good because fat levels and proper alkaline balance can become a major problem. Eating lots of green vegetables can also require lots

Sprouted seeds/nuts, sea vegetables and unripe fruit (most sold in shops or at local farms) can lower alkalinity below optimal levels during digestion (you will feel it), so you need to take good quantities of high alkaline foods before eating those foods to combat the problem.

Another problem with vegan diets is that they are high in phosphorous, and many foods like nuts and seeds are tied up in phytic acid which forms much of the phosphorous. The best way to solve this problem is to sprout those foods and to sprout the various legumes. Phytic acid can be reduced by 80% after a few days of sprouting and bring the phosphorous levels into better balance in the raw diet.

No. l have to fight against the sprouted seeds, sprouted nuts, sea vegetables and a small bit of unripe fruit. If a person only had sprouted greens then alkalinity would be a problem, but not with the varied diet l have. H

The cronometer is only a general guide, but it still lacks accurate information and doesn't tell the full story. l generally pay it no attention, but that is just me. Besides from only giving partial vague nutritional profiles, the biggest problem l have with it is that it can be highly misleading and bring one's diet into trouble. Eg..how did they record the nutritional profiles of the v

lt's best not to try being breatharian.
