The Sproutarian Man
There are alot of things going on in the world and the universe that most of us don't understand. The world is nothing like we think it is, many forces are at work. A friend of mine has spent long period living on a handful of lentil sprouts each day and bike riding long distances and sustaining well. Another friend lives on a few almonds each day. l've been close to breatharianism a couple o

Do breatharians exists? Who knows. One thing l do know is that the mainstream media will NEVER report such people because the information is a threat to `the system' that the media support. If breatharians do exist the mainstream media will do whatever it takes to sabotage there efforts so they come across as frauds because governments and big business would never want this powerful information g

During the 80's and 90's scientists thought that the algaes contained lots of real B12 that was highly usuable for the body, but later they started finding out that E3 live, chlorella, and spirulina can't be relied upon for B12, even worse, it has B12 look-alikes that can bind to B12 and draw it out of the body. l had an excellent science article on this but unfortunely the link no longer works.

l like the point David Wolfe brings up (last 5 minutes of video) about people who consume lots of germinted seeds that haven't gone to the green stage (1-3 days of sprouting). He says you need LOTS of greens to get the proper alkaline balance. That is spot on. We need good quantities of wheatgrass and about 1000 ml (32 oz) of green sprout juices a day and algaes, especially if we consume good qua

This can be quite common with the algaes spirulina and especially chlorella. Going out in the sun makes it extra bad. lt's not the quality, but l just can't think what the reason is right at this moment.

Great post John, but those links aren't working. The great thing about Ann Wigmore was that she had great intuition. She didn't know the science but everything she said was spot on. All her students such as Dr Flora get my utmost respect, she taught them properly about raw foods. l always knew my intuition about about poisons, snakes and grasses was right. Nature put things in the grasses

Sea vegetables definitely makes my life better. * green sprout juices = most important thing to feel good. * sea vegeatbles = second most important thing to feel good. A day without green juices and sea vegetables is like a day without sunshine. And according to Brian Clement they are among the highest sunlight foods and contain the highest frequency vibrations. This was reportedly disco

If l was going into secluded areas with deadly snakes around l would also take a small manual juicer, a syringe and make sure some greens were available on hand or in the bush. l don't know if my plan would work, but if l was bitten by a deadly snake l would drink large amounts of freshly squeezed juice and inject grass and weed juice into the area where l got the bite and hope for the best. l've had a few close calls over the years and last weekend was another scare l got from eating a wrong plant. l am usually very careful, but this time l let my guard down and picked a `prickly pear cactus' which is well known to be edible. Well, l gave the cactus a 30 second blend and strained through a sprout bag and filled a glass up and drank and really enjoyed it oblivious to what was to come

Sprouted Chia smoothie (nothing else added) put on a 30 second blend and consumed after kelp juice, dulse and AFA blue-green algae - the ultimate way to build muscle after some resistance exercise lt's put on a nice big tray and sprouted for about 3 - 4 days. All l do is scrape it off with a spoon, easy! Soon l get the really good Bolivian seeds and start growing chia grass again. l s

Those high amino acid foods like sprouted greens, sea vegeatbles and chlorella will always kill the sugar cravings and make it much easier to stick with a good diet. Many folks may require juicing some vegetables (carrots) with sprouts when first starting out. It would make it a much easier transition. If people don't like the strong lingering taste they might want to juice 30 ml of carrot ju

Definitely recommended for non sproutarians to consume kelp and purslane weeds for those EPA's to make sure. Things can't be left to chance. Ann Wigmore did well on the raw vegan diet. She sprouted most foods, did enemas and implants and also ate purslane weeds and kelp. She did the lot!

Another major problem with the vegan diet is getting enough vitamin D. People will say that we can go out in the sun, but it is not as simple as that because it takes the body 48 hours to absorb those oils (or whatever) to make that vitamin D, so people who wash everyday are likely to be vitamin D deficient as well. But then we will have people argue that they have enough vitamin D because the bl

The vegan diet can be dangerous and a person needs to understand foods well to make it work in most cases. Of course there are some that can eat the average vegan diet and do well, but they are in the minority. l'll put a case for eating raw later on, needs to be a minimum of 75% raw according to two major studies - one done by the Pasteur Institute in France during the 1930's and another done by

Just another quick thing about vegetables. Besides from the potential probelms l mentioned before, if you do go 100% raw you don't really want to be consuming too many brutes (brutes = mature greens that contain natural toxins and harsh fiber) because they work your body harder than it needs to work (hard tough fiber does work the body hard). All you need is the nice soft fiber from FRESH baby sp
