l don't like raw vegetables at all (except for carrots) and l haven't eaten a raw vegetable for many years except for spinach, which l ate only once last year for the first time in years. l just don't see the appeal or sense in eating mature foods and the appeal and popularity of such foods makes my head spin. Me and my sproutarian friend sometimes visit farmers markets and we see many folks buyi

l love some of the stuff that this man has to say (not about the sugar or salt though), and l love the health people who have that classic clear skin like Dr McDougall has got, it shows he practises what he preaches. l am very against including extracted oils in the diet too. You might enjot adding oils to the vegan diet, but oils may even risk stripping the body if the diet isn't nutritious

The thing which does annoy me with the angel juicer is when l juice sprouts. The screen and opening shoot is not big enough so the sprouts always fall into the juice collection tray, so when l filter the juice the numerous sprouts always block the strainer, so this means that l have to spray the strainer with filtered water; this is not such a hastle, but it makes abit of a mess and causes a slig

Wheatgrass and Ryegrass growing on the varanda Makes a nice peaceful environment to spend the evening working in my sprout farm. Farmers work long hours and seven days a week looking after their food, and so do l. l have gone back to the past and grow all my own food FRESH! There is much more love when you grow food yourself. lf you want to feel like you are on a sunny warm bliss filled holiday in the middle of a gloomy freezing cold winter, then try juicing a large tray of chia greens each day: Chia green sprouts l used to feel the cold to extreme levels and suffer major winter blues (down in the dumps) during the dark wet winter months, but not when l drink chia grass juice. l don't feel the cold at all now, a

wow...l run out of time editing my post. Here is the last paragraph: Note: when l do blend sprouts, l usually eat only one sprout, but occasionally l will be slack and blend two sprouts at a time, but ALWAYS perfectly combined. Animals in nature only eat one food at a time, so why should we be any different??? We humans think we are king of the jungle and can eat anything in any combinations,

Been using manual wheatgrass juicers for over 15 years, and use it daily. l keep mine outside and rarely clean it. l pull a tray of wheatgrass off my outdoor greens unit and juice 3oz of juice in about 5 minutes. So quick and easy first thing in the morning without bothering with an electric juicer. l have three steel manual wheatgrass juicers and will probably get another two; one that juice

So yes, sprouted sesame seeds and green juice is an excellent addition to a raw diet...get more out of the food and less waste, ie the NUP levels will go way up.

Pea shoot greens ready for juicing A small part of the outdoor winter greenery with: **chia greens**pea shoot greens**ryegrass greens**sunflower greens Just plant a tray of each every night and you have the best base for a diet humanly possible because you are eating the most nutritious land food that the planet provides. All very good diets should use those greens as a great basis for

But what is the `net utilisable protein' value of these foods? Getting good protein is easy to do, but consuming prtoein in a balanced safe form is not so easy (eg, unsprouted nuts and seeds are high fat, so they must be limited. eg2, vegetables have protein, but you need alot of them to get good protein levels. eg3, other high protein foods like lentils usually need to be sprouted to get proper

Research has now shown that Vitamin D can help prevent 16 forms of cancer by up to 83%. It has also been proven that Sunscrean blocks the good UVB rays (280 – 320 nm), but is designed so it allows the cancer causing UVC and UVA rays to get into the skin. With the introdcution of sunscrean came an explosion of melanomas. Just a coincidence? So yes, besides from the chemicals used in sunscrea
