Robert Morse and Brian Clement would do themselves a favor by learning from each other....Robert Morse needs to include more greens, microgreens, veggies and sprouts into his protocols and Brian needs to include more astringent fruits. They should share case studies and supplement the weaknesses of each other.

Hi All, I wonder what the pure rawists think of this news story and how they would handle eating raw food in a high risk area? selected passages: Lape, 57, and Manilla, 65, contracted symptoms of a sickness neither had heard of before: rat lungworm, a disease caused by a parasitic worm that affects the brain and spinal cord. Both were hospitalized, and while Lape is now out, Manilla is s

Interesting discussion. Nunativs wrote: Get rid of 90% of the roadways as WE aren't living in sub divisions and concentrated to city cages. WE begin the transformation of the landscape into one big national park with nature as the funhouse. Tai: Why would you get rid of the roadways? Roads make driving possible and fast, otherwise, you would go 10 miles an hour on a bumpy dirt road.

I used to have an ozone machine to clean the air. It is good to reduce air pollution. HOwever, I learned how caustic it is to breathe. The caustic effects are subtle but noticeable if you have the machine on for weeks while you are in the house. I learned to only have it on when I was not inside and to turn it off when I came back inside. One time I had to do a house visit for someone with

Wow! Amazing! That is a great example of what Robert Morse teaches about fruit. He goes into depth about fruit and the nervous system. So interesting to see the shot there of him with Harley (durianrider), because the man said how bad his health was on refined sugars (oreos, cake, etc). Watch at 4:40

Hi Kiwibird, I have taken a whole cup of aloe gel a day (8 0z), but when you blend with fruit juice, it becomes about a quart in 8 seconds. The aloe gets frothy. So, yeah, I would say 8 0z of pure gel max a day, unless you are super tall. To get 8 0z of gel, it would take about 1-2 big leaves, depending on how big they are. That's sweet of you to be so nice to your parrot. No, don't do mo

Kiwibird, Since you are breaking out, I would start doing aloe smoothies now. They can flush so many toxins out through #2, that it might spare your skin right now. But you would also need to somehow sweat daily either through exercise or sauna. Hopefully this might save your from break outs, but who knows until you try. aloe leaves are often found at mexican supermarkets or sometimes at he

Riverhousebill, stomach cancer in pot smokers? Honestly, I doubt cancer would be caused by marijuana. What can cause stomach cancer, based on merely my guess, is the munchies causing people to eat junk food and bad food. How many stoners eat healthy? What about the ungodly trend of eating raw meat and fish? Just how many stoners who get stomach cancer are life long vegans? My guess woul

To Kiwibird, you can make a raw cannabis coconut smoothie and the coconut will have enough fat to extract the components necessary to have a nervine effect. You don't have to buy edibles which are not raw. NOt sure how much it will help the anxiety. Just have to try as a temporary bandaid. Fresh leaves with a little resin are good enough. But that method is still more expensive than a regula

Kiwibird, as to how much citrus to take...I would easily juice a 25 lb of citrus a week, if not more...and then if you juice greens, you will really flush a lot of toxins out, help your lungs and give your brain a boost. As far as anxiety goes...there are many herbs for that. I have given people complex CHinese formulas, but even something as simple passion fruit leaf tea can help. I on

I have one more thing to add about Swayze. As I said, she looks just fine with her weight. I think it's not only ridiculous but incorrect for people to expect to look the same with respect to weight. Some women just naturally carry more weight and wideness in some areas, and that's a good thing for diversity. But how does she pull off the weight she is at by eating more fat? Well, for o

Yes, Raw Practicalist, you are right. Many who stick to raw food for health, do so because other diets failed them in their health. I know one man who was a body builder and got liver cancer eating animal protein three times daily. He went from being buff to being skinny as a raw foodist, but he cured the cancer. So appearances can be deceiving. Even Robert Morse's client who was cured of pan

I mentioned Swayze in the previous post, but to be fair, she also gained weight eating excess calories on a high fruit diet (sometimes 3500 calories with reduced exercise).

earlier I wrote: "the fastest way I make coconut fat is to crack a mature coconut on the ground, take some meat out with a coconut tool and blend with water in vitamix (about 5 minutes)." Someone asked McDougall how some people lose weight eating high fat, and one reason he gave was moderation. Clearly Vegetable police is thin and even though he eats a lot of nut and seed yogurt, he is only eating one meal per day, aside from green juices. So clearly he is not exceeding his calorie needs. Fresh: Amen Ra sounded so intelligent and was very impressive but do you really believe he can maintain his physique on one meal a day? Tai: Sure. What I don't believe until proof positive is how many calories he actually eats. He eats very dense foods with little water content. You can pack an enormous amount of calories in that way. For some following his diet, they have 3 hours to do
