If Brian ate 100 g of almonds, which for many men, such a small amount would be considered a snack, that's already almost 600 calories. Let's reiterate what BC told fresh: "My typical daily diet consists of d

Organic 1 He looks to be the same height as myself, around 6 foot. Tai: No one would call 6 foot short. No, he is short, okay. I don't know his height but maybe 5"5". Maybe he was taller once upon a time, but he is a little stooped now. He needs fewer calories. To reiterate, Brian looks incredible for his age. And he has great brain health.

Organic1, remember I said he is kind of on the short side. He needs less food than a taller person. He lifts weights, so he is strong. His brain is healthy. He is succeeding at slowing down the aging process. Why not look at the positive things he has done with his body?

Sproutarian, so you eat 100 g of seeds daily which are then sprouted? Sometimes I have wanted to eat one ounce of sesame and one ounce of poppy daily, but I wondered if that was too much. I like this recent lecture by Brian: Dr. Brian Clement on "Dairy Deception" @ The Rawloween event in the HHI - Oct. 31,2015 ( Part 1 ) Dr. Brian Clement on "Dairy Deception" @

ORganic1 enough of the speculation. Without exact measurements, you have no clue if the diet is deficient in calories. Also tons of vegetation and roots have beta carotene, which converts to vitamin a. One reason people listen to Brian is because he is very youthful for his age and so is his brain. I would not be here if it wasn't for Brian Clement and Lou COrona, who gave me faith b

organic: Again irregardless, if that is a sample typical daily diet for BC, then i suspect if you were to run it through a nutritional calculator it would be deficient and lacking in a whole host of basic essential nutrients and total calories. Tai: Brian takes a lot of supplements, so I doubt he is short of any nutrient on a daily basis. I don't know why he has a weight issue. Ever si

Brian Clement wrote "typical" daily diet. Typical is not exact. And typical would be more current. He is not going to share what he ate typically two years ago. ANyway, he has been honest about his weight issue and it's no wonder that he would experiment with his diet.

When he travelled and spoke in California, a couple of times he said his diet was 80% raw, because he wanted flexibility when going to vegan restaurants. But he always made sure he would get his daily green juice and his daily sauna. That was for travelling, but even at home, he said they cooked. But it's nice to hear that he is totally raw for months. HOw does he eat all those seed sprou

Brian Clement responded to you, fresh? Brian's diet has changed. When he travelled and even when he was home, he would eat up to 20% cooked daily in the past. It sounds like he eats less fruit now, too.

Thanks, Fresh. Nice that you are still kind to Organic 1, temp, whoever he is. I had a friend for like 15 years who was always mean and unhappy. One day she was diagnosed with gallstones. If you take a food prep class, do you require your teacher to have an active license? I have been licensed since 2000, and I have been actively working with and taking classes from MDS, NMDS, Lacs, DCs, etc, since I graduated. LIcensed people have their place. But then I meet someone like John Rose who has had some successes that very few of my teachers have had and then I am all ears. Doe

Organic 1, you are totally out of line to say those bad things about John Rose. It's okay to have different views, but it's not okay to say such extreme things about Fullyrawkristina, who everyone knows has a lot of money to see really good doctors and have many expert medical opinions. At the end of the day, it is her choice and she has done wonders for her body, partly due to getting the fines

Lou corona was found to not suffer from B-12 deficiency after many years on the vegan diet, even though he never supplemented. That speaks highly of his diet and how he cleansed his body. Some of the probiotic bacteria increase B-12 and he eats a lot of vegan yogurt.

By the way, I am a vegan herbalist. TCM is notoriously animal-vegetable-mineral, but I focus on the vegetable part. I don't give animals products to my clients, nor do I recommend them. I should have made that disclaimer. If I have to edit all the links I give for a condition, then I simply won't give a link because of time constraints. I remember Harley flipped out on Dan McDonald because

I agree with Organic 1 that B-12 can help the nerves, including the hands, and b vitamins even help with carpal tunnel sydrome. Yet, from what she describes, Raynaud syndrome sounds more plausible, even though the b vitamins can help. TCM has a great track record to help with Raynaud's. But I didn't mention it before because of the potential NH clash of approach. But for the record here

This isn't breaking news, but I want to report something. I kept two really green, yet fully ripe valencias in my fruit basket for about a month. At times, they were next to fruit, like persimmons, which I think give off gas as they ripen. Anyway, after a month or so, these green oranges turned orange. They were not any sweeter than the other valencias that I could tell, but they were orange
