After four and a half years of raw I have to admit that I sometimes go for more than a week without showering or washing my hair, simply because I don't get smelly anymore. Ok,Ok, so I sound like a dirty old woman (especially after my posts about urine therapy but what can I say. And I do exercise, I go everywhere on my bike, often with my youngest son on the back. I walk my dogs for an ho

Yes, it does work. On saturdays I work on a raw stall in a market and we juice loads of wheatgrass. Every so often I will put a small drizzle of oil (hemp) in the feeding chute of the greenstar juicer and it stops the juice from getting foamy. I do this when juicing other leavy greens such as spinach as well. Love, francis

Might I suggest you try the urine treatment I wrote about in a different post? You have just fasted so your urine should be pretty clean. My youngest son, who'll be 10 next week has no problem staying raw amongst his SAD schoolmates. The eld

A "pissy bandage" as my kids call it, will reduce any kind of swelling and it will draw out puss or foreign objects out of wounds. It has saved the day many a time when out camping in remote areas. Just make sure to cover the bandage with a plastic bag because it will get smelly after a while Love, francis

I experimented with drinking my own urine for a while a couple of years ago when I'd been eating 100% raw for a year or so. Having a fairly clean body already my urine was and still is as clear as water and hardly tastes of anything at all so it was no problem to do it. No gagging or yucking I still use urine to wash my face and hands when there is no water available or to treat insect sti

Avojamacada, That is so interesting, that you found you got the best grades ever after you went 100% raw. I've been eating 100% raw with my two sons for four and a half years now. The eldest, who's sixteen, had ADHD and Learning disabilities when we first started. His schooladvise when he left primary school at age twelve was to become a plumbers assistant, an advise we did not heed, as
