93. fungal nail
Hi! I have a fungal nail-yellowing on nail and cuts on finger skin below. Tried tea tree oil for several months, no help. Went to doctor- ordered a cortizone cream- a week or so later no help. Anyone know of any other natural cures? Ive started use of mouthwash soak and a derm cream called ertazco. I'd be not happy to have to take an oral anti-fungal pill. I have Raynaud's of the extremities, so

95. zucchini
I just discovered that you can eat this vegetable's flower! The one that shoots up and does not form into a fruit is great. Now the only recipe I know of is non-vegan, where it is cooked with egg/bread crumbs/cheese in a good oil. Anyone eat this raw, in a salad, etc.? I think I'll try it, and let you all know. Jan

96. tanning salons
I went to a tanning salon, and per my daughter's suggestion, I did not have a top on. The 2 times I did it before, I wore a bra top. I used the lotion they sold me, but since that time, a week ago, my breasts, esp. left(where I have fibrocystic disease) has been painful. I "m using aloe on it and taking some Ibuprofen. I take Eve. Primrose oil caps every day anyway. I would not ever do it a

I had been suffering with a dental abcess last week, and went to the dentist. it is from a root canal I had 5 years ago. The pain and swelling was awful!!!! I did take the antibiotics, prednisone, and pain meds as directed, and I am good now. i do hate taking those conventional meds, but if the infection gets into your bloodstream, you can die. I did try some natural healing--salt water rinse, o

I have 2 mcintosh apple trees. They produce a lot of fruit. I give some away, but have always made applesauce. If cooked fruit is so bad for you, I'm wondering what else I can do with all the apples, as they go rotten in the frige after a while. Any other ways to preserve in raw state? Thanks, jan

103. Re: Too much water
Hi; I read recently, one should drink at least half their wgt in oz. of water a day. For me that would be @65 oz. a day/> 1/2 gallon. That seems about right. Jan
