dried fruits

curious about dried fruits. I buy organic figs, apricots and prunes from the local organic health food store. They taste sooo good, Just wondering if im eating to much? I have 2-3 figs, 4 apricots, and a few prunes everyday. Along with a handfull of goji berries. is eating that much dried food ok? thanks, lovin this forum willows Re: dried fruits

Date: January 23, 2009 05:46PM I eat a lot of dried (soft) figs. Fresh is always better though. Important to clean your teeth after every meal of dried fruit. Re: dried fruits

Date: January 23, 2009 07:43PM I think that amount is fine if it suits you. I used to eat quite a bit of dried fruit but now that I've been raw for longer I don't feel like it any more. I think one's desire for certain foods changes over time and what suits you now may not a few months down the road.
Having said that - what you are describing is a tiny amount and I wouldn't give it a second thought. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
