In two of his books, he has a list of his opinions on certain fruits. In one book, he lists several "Best" fruits, and in another he lists "5 Star" fruits.

I'm not sure where he says fruit is not a health food, but I'm sure you're using that out of context. He continuously says an average HEALTHY person (non-athlete) can safely eat 10%-15% fruit (maybe up to 20%). As I said in my post above, according to Clement even more fruit is fine for athletes.

You're better off eating fruit than fast food, obviously. That being the case, it doesn't mean fruit is the healthiest alternative.

This reminds me of the argument that wine is healthy because of the antioxidants. Maybe it does have antioxidants, but you're better off getting them from a good source. This "sick person" would certainly have better options than fruit.

You're simply a sugar addict. Admission is the first step.

I'm a sugar addict x 10 and I promise not to go to Clement if I get sick.

I wonder where the other 80% of calories come from? Eh Nemwanusc?
