2. Prunes?
How to prunes compare to dates, raisins, and figs in terms of glycemic load? Are they a better choice or not?

I think the message that 100% is the ONLY way is a dangerous one because it has kind of an all or nothing ring to it. There is no downside to adding a few raw fruits and vegetables into one's otherwise cooked diet.

Hey I have a follow up question. I put the water and meat from a young coconut in my processor and mixed it all up and then strained it through a mesh bag to get the coconut milk. So, what are some good things to do with the pulp left in the bag?

"I'm curious though. Sometimes I get this feeling like I'm really hungry but really full at the same time. Anyone else feel that way ever?"
I get that a lot. I told my husband about it and he didn't believe me, as though I were telling him I saw a UFO or something. He said I was crazy. So I have no clue what it's all about. Sorry I can't help, but you've helped me to feel not like

Thinking about it further...
Aside from the acute episode, the whole rest of the month (which is never a neat two weeks, it always drags out to three or sometimes four, which is a sign of something wrong I'd say), I am more likely to pick fights with my husband, be annoyed by everything, point out the faults in everyone, tell people I never want to see them again, etc. And the first two weeks

PMS right before and around period time seems to be a commonly shared experience among women. And I have it to, pretty bad I guess, but NOTHING at all compared to what I get when I ovulate. My severe PMS is a cake walk compared to my 2-3 hours long ovulation episode. I am normally pretty chilled out, slow to anger, always try to see the positive in stuff, totally cool under stress. But right

I was a grain freak back in the SAD days. I used to live on cereal, and even when I went gluten free for awhile, went even crazier on other grains. So when I went raw, I thought oatmeal, bread, and cereals would be the hardest thing to live without. I made a ton of sprouted grain dehydrated breads like banana and cinnamon apple. GAG-nasty, I just threw them all away. I'm doing just fine with

Mememe!! I am, but I'm not part of a group though.
Not that anyone probably knows who I am. I posted like twice a long time ago, I mostly just lurk and look up stuff that I'm eating a lot of or considering eating.

So most people seem to rave about how great and light they feel after a colonic. I feel tired and gassy. Also noticed a tiny bit of blood coming out. It's only a teensy tinsy little bit, about as much as would come out of a zit, but one doesn't normally like to see any at all. Anyone else not have the amazing experience promised? Is it cancer, or do I just need to do it again? Any help woul

A ton of recipes I'm finding call for Nama Shoyu. I am allergic to soy. Is there an alternative? I used some hemp sauce but I had to order it from the UK, it cost a bundle. Something more accessible?
