Bill, is this anything like LRAD? LRAD can kill people. X.X Sound is so important. Every animal in the forest fills a specific frequency to create a type of sonic bubble. When human cities impinge upon the forest, certain birds, etc., will start to chirp louder to maintain the bubble... which is integral to being on a little-understood (by mainstream science) fractal level. I am SO HAPPY I

In high school, I was addicted to coffee. I finally quit cold turkey, slept for 13 hours per night, and became basically narcoleptic for two weeks. I do rarely indulge in a bit of coffee (maybe I had some four times in the past year?). It tastes quite magnificent blended with coconut flesh and agave... :O I can't have more than an ounce or two. Otherwise, I feel the emesis. I shake. I panic

I've always had amazing experiences with homeopathy. It was what I first tried after abandoning the "allopathic way." Recently I had a nasty UTI?/bladder?/yeast? infection. I had a kidney infection ONCE when I was sixteen and it was traumatizing. I thought, for signs of legitimate infection, and despite my happy, lovey history with homeopathy concerning lesser afflictions, I didn't

Although, isn't juicing a bit like injecting, if you think about it...? I think what the body needs in an optimal condition vs. healing something like cancer may be different. "No fruit!" is not a one size fits all. I've experimented with months of 100% fruitarian (not a bite of any leaf), and I looked the best, felt the best I ever have in my life. Moles fell off. My skin was incred

Thank you for the information, Prana! Extremely helpful. I just jokingly asked about mescal because that website with the detailed explanations of SAM type 4 mentioned a natural, abundant source as mescal... fermented alcoholic agave beverage. It's not vegan, though. I think you're supposed to eat the worm they add to it.

!!!! Ormus!! =D I'm on the website now, but it seems a bit vague about how to obtain? Is there a way I can start my own cultures, do you use a supplement, or... do you drink lots of mescal? Thank you!

You can doooo iitttttttt!!!!! Power smoothies are always an excellent pickup (I like to add some berries and dates, and a bit of avocado with my bananas, though). Every time you go further with raw, the cleansing is cumulative, so be patient, do what you can, and never beat yourself up, because every time you make a good decision, it builds a better, stronger, healthier foundation. I've been raw for four, but vegan for nearly seven years, and my B12 was fine a month ago as per blood tests. I do consume lots of fermented foods, don't wash garden/organics, eat seaweeds and yeast (all RUMORED sources of B12). One of those sources should have hit the nail on the head because you can start showing signs of deficiency in just three years... Cyanocobalamine can cause blindne

Biophotons is on my to-read list for my day off tomorrow, thanks! I love it when interesting theories cross paths. I've skimmed it briefly now... and it makes me think about how people can sometimes "see" inside their bodies during meditation/trance. It also opens the doors to explain a lot of really interesting fringe phenomena... and why eating raw food is positively magical. =) As

Have you ever heard of Left in the Dark by Tony Wright? His book details how raw foods literally alter the structure of brain through generations and can offset these psychopathic tendencies... that do plague us all to some degree. :O

I thought there was actually a higher incidence per capita in meat-eaters than vegetarians for B12 deficiency? Whether from malabsorption or lack of intake, I'm not sure. I will have to see if I can find that source again...

Just thought I'd mention, I do really like much of what Dr. Mercola has to say, but I have NEVER heard him say he is a "raw food guru." He advocates 80% raw organic food, with the rest being the highest quality free-range, hormone-free, grass-fed, etc. etc.... m34t. So it's not like he's one of those coffee-guzzling, airline-meal-shoveling, muffin-hoarking breatharians, if you catch

It's all about intelligent use of resources. We'll never run out and we've got plenty, we've got enough for double the world's population... if we use them intelligently. Urban gardens, line the streets with fruit trees, stop slashing and burning valuable rainforest to feed factory farmed meat... you know. Vegan is one fantastic step in the right direction!

The CDC runs the other way when people ask questions of Morgellons. It is the product of genetic modification (intentional or not, well...). This site is crazy. There is a damning amount of evidence that Morgellons, whether intentional or not, is a result of man subscribing to the delusion that biotech can improve upon nature. Let's assume for now that this is an accidental byproduct of

I read that grains were initially farmed suddenly, @12,000 years ago, in very high places. Grains are best farmed in "flood" conditions, and it has been postulated that grain farming may have originally been a survival response to a (perhaps even mythical) deluge scenario. Anthropologically, there was also no evidence of anemia and a lot of other diseases until grain farming was intr

Okay, more pine nuts for me! I also hear young coconuts are likely dipped in fungicide, but I guess I'm a digusting raw foodist because I still eat them from time to time. Pine nuts are like gold, they're so hard to come by, so I thought this was a special bit of news. They are rich in lots of unique things that other nuts lack. Honestly, I prefer the positive effects of dietary variety to

...for $17. At Costco, in BC. They are a few dollars more in Washington, but still a ridiculous steal. I highly recommend everyone who can take a scout go and do so because this is a rare opportunity for raw foodists everywhere. Pine nuts are an EXCELLENT source of phytotestosterones that can help to offset the nastiness of BPA and man-made superfluous chemical estrogens wreaking havoc on the
