i believed that raw foods have something to do with the anti-aging benefits, as far as I know, a lot of foods nowadays underwent processing with unnatural contents and chemicals induced to the food and those chemicals are not good in terms of long term usage and consumption. So definitely, raw foods are far better than those. Just make sure you know the history of the food before you eat it. Yeah

I agree with all of you. I have a female friend who is a bodybuilder and what inspires me is her raw eating diet (no supplements). She motivates me to eat raw and start living a healthy life. Joining in this community makes me want to share her story and inspire also other people, like me to eat raw. Everyone should learn the good benefits of it in our body.
