GE agriculture is an ongoing experiment and WE are the guinea pigs. This practice is NOT BY ANY STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION THE SOLUTION TO WORLD HUNGER! It's about monopoly over the food chain... THESE FOODS ARE SO WEAK THEY CANNOT BE GROWN WITHOUT CHEMICALS... TERMENATOR SEEDS AND CHEMICAL COMPANIES KEEP THE FARMER DOWN. ITS THE MOST RIDICULUOS PRACTICES EVER! -----------------------------

Get in touch with Dr. Howell QuoteThere are three major classes of enzymes: (1) metabolic enzymes (enzymes which work in blood, tissues, and organs), (2) food enzymes from raw food, and (3) digestive enzymes. Nature has placed enzymes in food to digest everything you eat: starches, fats, protein, fiber, sugars, and dairy foods - instead of forcing the enzymes s

good advise everyone! also (just my opinion/ experience) I have been eating *mostly* raw since summer 2001 and there has been times when eating cooked food has acually helped (not in a dogmatic or idealist way) of course, in the bigger picture. the best advise I've ever gotten is "you know whats best for you" take your path to health at your own pace. peace

half as healthy as you huh? I doubt that. Marcos, Im guessing youre young and think you know everything. Someone who is an idealist by theory, can't help themselves until they get first hand experience, life experience, trial and error... Victoria has been around, gaining first hand experience in rawfood nutrition for over a decade. her research is also hard science, not ideal theory... How ar

yeah! juicing is a great idea for you. fruit and green juice can even provide enough minerals to begin restoring your hair color. I also suggest indulging sometimes. Not on milk-icecream pur se. but raw chocolate banana strawberry supreme etc etc... and if you do "fall off the wagon" its ok, hop back on baby! good adventures to you!

most fruits are relatively low-glycemic, even bananas... starchy root veggies and grains are higher GI. fats are a good concentration of calories and long term energy. You may be spacey, as youre transitioning to raw, or not sleeping enough, or sleeping too much, detoxing, or not getting enough calories... While your insticts are telling you to slow down on the sugar, its good youre listen

Thank you Ally, well said and to the point. It is amazing how much our bodies and emotions can dictate our thoughts and emotions (energy in motion). I think self discipline is exceedingly important, awareness and discernment of ones thoughts and actions is needed to be free from past conditionings, addictions, emotional holes etc... I really believe in the creative potential of people's minds/

Baked carbs are one of the worste foods in my opinion. 1) all it is is sugar (starch turns to sugar when baked) 2) that much sugar hitting your blood is a drug that will eventually lead to hypoglycemia, diabetes, also heart and neurological disorders 3)baked carbs form a substance called acrylimide, which is essentially a toxic plastic substance, baked goods are carcinigenic (cancer causing

QuoteI dont get your point in comparing a Gazelle to a cheetah, basically you just admitted the meat-eating cheetah is slower then a herbivore? - Basically proving my point that for some reason people w/o meat or diff proteins in their diet are weaker. Correct? huh, hello, my exact words were "the gazelle has more endurance than the cheetah, the cheetah's simply faster". sorry but

Answer kosher means confrming to dietary laws--ritually pure--selling or serving food prepared in accordance with dietary laws....usually associated with jewish cooking... Kosher when talking about salt just means that the salt grains are a certain shape, the shape used to "kosher" meat. These are excellent for using to salt things during cooking because they don't contain iodine, wh
