Thanks for that, Tamukha, So, actual blood test results revealed that it was working for your mother, that's good to hear...and sorry for your loss... Yeah, I like the way it makes our water taste, too. We filter the heck out of our spring water, but it still has that hard taste. I notice when I'm drinking a lot of it I seem to sleep better.

I thought it was supposed to read "cray". Being in the lower 48, I just figured "cray" was some sort of Canadian word I wasn't familiar with!

From what I have read most of the protobiotic supplements are destroyed in the stomach acid. Enteric coated ones are supposed to be able to survive the acid to make it further through the digestive system. In the past I have drunk kombucha tea to ensure a good bacteria balance.

My family has been using Willard Water concentrate for a few months now. We have hard water from a spring and run it through a multi-stage filter system & then finally through a Big Berky. It always had that "hard water" taste, but when we use the Willard Water concentrate it makes it a lot smoother, easier to drink. Are there are long term Willard Water users on the board? I'

HH Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Are Master's degrees racist too? LOL - Yup, they are gonna be changed too. Seems like a lot of things are going to have to be "re-thunk" & relabeled. While there at it I suppose they should simply ban all those offensive words completely - Master, slave...I forget what else...

To add to this - I always figured "Master" bedroom referred to the size of the room, as in the largest bedroom in the home. The "Dominant position" of master/owner/slave/submissive never even entered my mind. Guess that goes to show you where the minds of the "PC" crowd really are - in the gutter.

I can't keep up with all this "PC" stuff we are supposed to know. I'm sure I'm very offensive to some people - so be it. I'm set in my ways & I'm not gonna change now...

I take any nutritional advice received from a Dr. with a HUGE grain of salt, pun intended. Drs. get a very minimal amount of nutritional schooling, all they really know how to do is push drugs, IMO.

Right now I'm alternating between Flax & Sesame oil. I need to pick up some ph strips to test the oil & other stuff. I don't seem to get that "white froth" (lol) that many mention they do while pulling. Maybe I don't have the level of contamination in my body that others do... I usually pull for a 1/2 hr. while doing other things. Any more members do this on a regular basis,

I've read that too, or that it can be acid-forming. According to this site however, it is considered mildly alkaline.

I just started oil pulling today for the first time. Known about it for years, but always put it on the back burner in a long list of things to do. Anyone here do it? At present, I am using Sesame oil since it is what I have on hand. I would like to try coconut oil as I have read it works "the best". Any comments?

I believe it. I read this theory years ago about the oxidation introduces into the juice, particularly from high speed juicers. Makes sense to me...

I'm hooked on the Omega Vert. at 70-80 rpm. I find it easier to use & clean than the Omega 04/05/06 series.

Nice construction/design. Very attractive. For me though, it would take up too much of my time to do all that pressing & waiting for it to squeeze the juice out. I'll stick with a Norwalk type press system.

There's a big debate about using salt, even the "good" stuff, aka sea salt. I use it sparingly, I don't really crave it though. We by the pink (full of minerals) sea salt at our local HFS. I can understand you being "puffier", as even sea salt will cause water retention.

Ahhh...the plot thickens. So as DR mentions in his video that you can basically "buy" youtube views, flags, subscribers to your channel & so forth. Does make a person wonder. MM views did skyrocket in the couple of days in which he released a few mediocre vids...as DR points out. AND - DR points out that RFW sells Bovine colostrum/Deer Antler supplements & other animal

For one thing, he had absolutely NO swelling, very minimal pain, and you can't hardly even see any incisions where they did the work. The Oral surgeon that removed mine must have use a hacksaw & chisel, because my jaw was swelle

I noticed the exact same thing - I became more laid back, relaxed and it felt great. I personally feel it has helped me in my business. My feeling on this is that many people become jealous of the "new you" because you are taking steps to "better" yourself, while they want to remain in the same state as they are. Friends, and family especially, will often try to sabotage

We're still not sure on this. We've done a lot of online research, and as you might image the opinions are all over the place. Basically, at most of the medical/dental websites, there is a long list of why it should be done right away, and a list of dire consequences if you put it off. Talk about motivating through the use of fear... Other sites list personal experiences/testimony of why p

I really don't have a horse in this race, as I am certain that both sides are corrupt to the core, I can't stand either side. But you mention that Republicans cheat, and do it very well. If that were the case, this last election would surely have had a different outcome, lol. I know a lot of the people in this country like to live off of all the freebies that this administration is promisi

Wild Yam/ Black Cohosh are the typical "Non-drug" or synthetic hormone route that many females choose. My wife recently started on a regimen of Wild Yam/ Black Cohosh as she has been experiencing similar symptoms as you mentioned, particularly the hot flashes. Here is the particular supplement she is taking - You would have to ask your Dr. about the prescription drug interacti

I would daresay that "All" govts. are inherently corrupt. I'm sure the Vietnam and/or other socialist govts. are not squeaky clean by any stretch of the imagination. To add to that, I personally enjoy our American freedoms (the ones that aren't being stripped away daily by the seat warmer in the WH & other hacks) Freedoms such as google & other sites not being censored by the

pborst, Those claims are a bit spurious, wouldn't you say? I mean if we're going to point fingers in regards to voter fraud, one doesn't have to look much further than "Acorn", which is/was not a "Republican" entity...Wonder who their backers were... To add to that, this problem does indeed exist in several forms. I personally could vote several times if I wanted to. The

I would tend to agree that this statement is true, the bankers do run the show. But...How does one put a stop to it? Alex Jones is always ranting that he has "The Globalists on the run..." Yeah, right. Sorry, if the answer is in the video I won't hear it as I can't sit through 43 min. worth.

Follow up for those interested; washed hair three times now with Green Tea. Obviously, it does not suds up like normal shampoo, but it definitely does a good job of cleaning. I believe I will continue this regimen for awhile. I am wondering if it may attract bees or other insects in the summer though...
