sorry if this has come up before.
i suggested to my friend that she feeds her 6 month old baby mashed avo and banana. she seemed interested in this. are there any sites about raw baby food with recipes? google didn't come up with much.

thanks. she does sleep with her baby and breastfeeds. her partner is somewhat helpful, perhaps not enough. i have offered help, but she is one of these mom's who doesn't trust anyone else to babysit.

help1 my friend's baby is about 6 months and she is still feeling sleep deprived. any tips food or otherwise on what she can do? she is not a raw foodist, but eats healthily, including salads and plenty of fruit.

i have used hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash, but not at night any more as the oxygen keeps me awake!
I have been listening to interesting lectures by Ed McCabe about it.

i aslo found that all the fruit increased my candida...hence my increased apathy i susupect. i add ground pau d'arco to my smoothies now, which is powerful, and have probiotics at night...

i tend to juice lately. instaed of veg smoothies, as i find i am too full. isometimes make a pate out of the pulp, add tomato or avocado and ground seeds etc.

you could try a teaspoon of st. john's wort tea in your smoothies for a while...i haven't tried this so not sure on the taste, but could be good!

i just soak them and put them in whole along with the soak water. these are the only seeds/nuts i don't rinse. if you have a reasonable blender it should be no problemo

I'm enjoying a sprinkling of wild lettuce in my smoothies...i find that taking herbs raw has a different effect than raw, not at all sedating.
