I documented 45 pounds of CRAP that came out of me on my 90 Juice Fast/Feast and I lost 20 pounds on the scale and I only had 5.8% Body Fat. So when I lost this 20 pound Cesspool, it was very obvious to me because I saw my 31 inch waist shrink to 28 inches and my 41 inch chest remained the same!

I used honey a long time ago to transition into using lemon or lime juice and that's all I used for several years, until there was just too much build up. Now I use lemon or lime juice throughout the week as needed and shampoo only once a week. The clay sounds like it would work like the honey, but even better. I'll have to give that a try.
