I bypass cardio to only what my sessions may offer as an offhand. I'm thin, so the last thing I need is more cardio:O) I get enough exercise to classify as being fit also. You can consider higher intensity 20 minute sessions instead to retain muscle, size, etc and give you great conditioning. This I really recommended for those wanting to maintain their current weight, size and what have you and

I agree with ya WorkoutMan and would like to hear more of your take on things. I always base my workouts on my own experience and the typical mindset of SAD eaters. Which is always a read between the lines kinda thing as you know :O)

He-he, try having a serious digestive issue and see what even natural organic raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar can do to ya. But like you said, everyone reacts differently and it may not be a bother. I just felt better to be safe is all.

Thanks Bryan, I know the negative effects it can and does bring to troubled digestive systems - But you word it with better, fact based reasoning :O)

Be careful with raw veggies though, they can be very taxing with digestive issues. Green juicing can also trigger upsets in some cases, go sloooow with ANY juicing. Apple Cider Vinegar is evil and can bring many to their knees if IBS is creeping its head. For your sake I hope it's not. A probiotic, is maybe the only safe "try something" I would attempt.

I would strongly suggest mono-meals, smaller meals and keep the heavier fat oriented meals towards the day end. If you need more meals when eating smaller, so be it. Add some physical activity and give it time. I wouldn't complicate things with juicing and other ideas at first. Stick to the basics for a week or two without fail. Everytime you switch you confuse your digestion, let find it find a

Besides water only for hair, teeth and shower I'll add water and razor only to shaving also. Don't know if I'm lucky in this respect or not, but it works for me.

Excellent insight Bryan. Nice to see you put so plainly into words something I have always failed to describe very well :O) Simple as it may sounds, I opt for reading these days. It focuses me more than anything for some reason and is very relaxing all around. That and exercise are my 2 standbys.

Mocha asked you, "I wonder exactly what you do eat on a daily basis . . ." You didn't answer that question with nothing but a general answer. It's interesting why you will never answer this question directly though. Instead you get very sensitive about it and lash out at anyone who questions you. I'm sorry you need to feel this way. You have alot to contribute and many look up to

Many times, given the choice, I find organic simply tastes better. I don't worry or bother about any other issues otherwise.

Ani Phyo uses them in her raw book I read some time ago and I had never heard of oat groats before then actually. I still don't know, and am curious, what are they??

F1 I have to admit, even being fruitarian myself, you seem to have chosen or follow a very unique style of eating I imagine noone else does and I'm sure - for curiosity at least - many would be interested to know a day or two example and the quantity. I feel I understand why you choose not to reveal this and I respect that also. :O)

So by Ellen Whites notes, rising at 3:00, eating at 6:00ish and 1:00ish is her routine sort of speak. So if someone arose at say 8:00 they would be eating at about 11:00ish and 6:00ish. Sounds pretty reasonable to me and nothing to crazy or new if I got it right??

Avocado is classified as a fruit, but high in fat. You may want to go easy on them for this reason, as they are a heavier to digest and alot of people go more for a lower fat approach anyhow. There are no rules but your own - If it's a fruit, it's most always good.

Good point F1 - The detox or cleansing differs for everyone too. Some, like F1 have a very, very tough time, others just breeze right through. The detox, in one form or another, is an ongoing process usually that can be very obvious or a subtle steady improvement in health. It can take months, if not years to really adapt properly to an all fruit or 100% raw diet. Even then there is always someth

If you are gonna do fruits - Just do fruits :O) Skip the greens, sprouts, etc, because they are not fruits. Eating Mono is preferred, but beginners can try mixing fruits. Just use common sense when combining. Pears and apples make sense, peaches and bananas really don't. Keep it simple, simple, simple. Just do it is all. Eat when hungry and till satisfied. Forget what everyone says

Can it be possibly more of a state of mind?? Guess that would be hard to answer since you wouldn't easily realize it :O) Other than that, start slow and pace yourself might be a thought. Eating enough and maybe not as frequent meals. Finding something you like to do and enjoy. Keep the exercise times short. Just start with simple walking maybe. Get more rest. If you are going from lent
