What more do you need?? Seems like the answers are pretty clear and you have to follow it all now for yourself. I keep repeating there is no quick fix or correct path that will guarantee your success or relief. Yet I detect you are still looking for this easy way out. Face it, like the rest of us, you're screwed. there is no easy way out, you need to fight back. You have the answers actually. You

Are you discussing hair loss or male pattern baldness hair loss?? MPB is kinda a no win situation unfortunately it seems. Some claim to have regrown, some claim to have halted it, but it stinks anyway you look at it since not enough info is out there yet for long term effects of raw foods for example. People have been claiming things for decades with an infinate amount of products, techniques,

Chances are and very likely it's the texture that's appealing mostly to you. I've seen this alot through the years with cauliflower cravings. Most people then decide the body needs it. Oh well, I like to say the mind needs it actually, Lol What happened to the fruit only guy?? ;O)

herbalgerbals, It seems you are looking for a fix by your responses. I think this is a common mistake made by many, as I did the same in the beginning. There is no fix here unfortunately. I suffered a great deal till I got this through my thick head. It takes time and let that sink in, it takes time. You mentioned a 2 week fast and you didn't heal. Well ofcourse not. In serious cases it can take

I agree, I sat in the sun as much as possible my first summer. No matter how bad I was, I at least sat there. I believe in the sun as one key component of many to keep in mind. Simple Green mentioned salads. Lettuce in anyway shape or form even juiced caused me misery. Even though the raw world pushes greens at every turn, when I finally took it to my own I did away 100% without greens for a y

I consulted with Dave and I felt it was a waste of time. He kept trying to give me the pros of raw foods and I kept telling him I WAS a raw foodist and quit with trying to sell me on raw foods and let's address the problems. I never followed up with him. In addition, his e-mail procedures were very shaky at the time. Alot of no replies, confusing application procedures, etc. :O( I bought Paul

With the medications in the mix it's tough to say for me. Maybe try smaller numerous meals or stick to the easiest to handle fruit "only" for a few days or take more time between meals. If anything, maybe just simple patience till it passes and you get back on track and don't attempt to many changes to complicate things.

Debbie how is your Father-In-Law?? I recently have found out I have a Father-In-Law with cancer now. He refuses any chemo and will not even go through a biopsy to determine 100% if it is cancer to his credit. In addition, he is willing and has given up smoking and red meat. I gave him a juicer I no longer use also which he is trying. Unfortunately he is being overwhelmed by anyone with an

From many years I find the best way is not to waste time explaining it. Rarely I find you will convince anyone and what is the point?? If you look good, feel good and are doing good, that will speak for itself. Ever since I adopted this mind set I can't think of the last time I felt the need to discuss anything :O)

Paul on your recent interview you had a post about I have a question that also relates here -----> I'm very curious when I hear you say you eat less or very little and in turn say all your nutritional requirements are made. How can this be or rather, how do you determine this?? You are not the only one who states this also. To me with fruits and veggies and eating less than 1,500 for exampl

He mentioned doing high fruit as a runner and it was just great, but eating any fat caused him troubles, even the smallest amounts. He then over a period of 8 months tried to revert to higher fat and all but eliminate the fruit and was successful at that as well then. Seemed he came to the conclusion that balance or finding what works for the person is a key. Unless I misunderstood this. I can

I have been through hell and then some and back and did it with 100% raw and had the same concerns you did. You can do it and as Bryan suggests keep it simple. The key in my opinion is to find the foods that work for you. If your problems are bad, forget recipes as well as what everyone else says and forge your own path. Digestive issues are unique to each individual and what they can or can't

Storms book tells you what you already know, lift weights and that puts on muscle. He offers nothing new but a repeat of this and reminding you a raw foodist can do it. I was disappointed from buying it some time ago. Sounds like he needs to get educated at the start. Learn to do things in steps and slowly progress OR find a plan such as 8/1/1, buy the book and take that approach. BUT be patie

Hmmm, interesting - If I understand WHO correctly then, a male between 19-65 years of age, at "moderate bioavailability" would require about 7.0mg. Which isn't easy to hit by most I would think. The given example of 10 bananas and .05 lbs romaine would yield about 2.6mg in turn if I got it right. Am I doing this correctly I wonder?? In addition, I'm not counting my zinc, so d

That smoothie would make me gag also. Try a banana or two and a handful of romaine and experiment with enough desired water and build from there. In addition, a high powered blender makes a huge difference over the common store bought blenders.
