Another suggestion is to get away from the doctors with digestive issues. Trust me, I have been down that road farther and worse than you can imagine. I'll repeat also - Digestive issues are individual, find out what works for you and simply do not eat what causes distress. DO NOT worry about anything else till you get stable. Being a normal raw foodist isn't an option for you at this point, you

If you have truly have IBS it's more than a matter of easy to digest to look for. You need to figure out which fruits/veggies agree with you and which won't cause discomfort. Usually veggies won't do raw in your case. Steaming or juicing them is an option if you really want them. Far as fruits - try banana, mango, pineapple at first to test them. Normally oranges, plums, nuts/seeds, lettuce or

Sure, just eat them as is. You may want to avoid the bottom part usually. Depends on your tastes, some people need seasoning some don't. Depends where you are at in your raw food journey.

You may be going too fast or your daily eating may not be the greatest approach for your current health. Outside activities as far as stress and activity can have a part also. Even your past history plays a part. First thing, as Bryan asked: what are you eating daily?? How late in the day are you eating also perhaps.

Hmmmm, don't judge thing or second guess things by the typical medical or SAD approach. For example: If something is wrong - what do I need?? Remember changing your diet will bring about changes, many of them simply the body healing. You try to change it by adding this or that and you interfere. Get an awareness of basic health practices and lifestyle and GO AT A PACE that suits you to adapt c

I guess what are you looking to get through supplements and superfoods that you can't get through everyday eating first?? Are you experiencing discomfort where you need inflammatory food choices?? If you feel it can help, I see no problem. For myself, I see no value in these things and tend to focus on food I can eat readily on an everyday basis as my choices first. I viewed supplements more as v

Second guessing ulcers and trying to treat them is a mistake I think. If that unsure, get it checked out before addressing it. Your hunger really sounds like a mental state to me. Many years ago I was eating raw in the 3000-4000+ calorie range and was STILL hungry all the time. Now it's totally different for me. It takes practice, refinement and sometimes months if not years of patience. EXPER

The more basic, simple or pure the diet is, the easier it is to go without the shampoo and soaps when you get down to it.

Mango, papaya, blueberry as well as pineapple(mentioned) to name a few. Avoid citrus, nuts. Also, some foods may cause troubles in some but not others, no set rules there. I'd avoid supplements in this area for sure. Potential to cause more trouble than they are worth. What they appear to help now, usually starts to build unseen issues for the future elsewhere. It all ends up being somewhat in

I wouldn't worry about it, this is the water I have used for many years. But, you will get opinions stating how terrible it is. Depends on who you talk to. It's a far better choice than many waters and if you can afford to do other wise, great. There appears to be no perfect water except what fruit has to offer on its own. Even others will find a way to argue that to a degree. Do the research and

I found this if it helps: "Actually, the size makes no difference. A larger coconut is just a larger coconut, and possible older. Remember, the white coconuts you buy were originally green. If left to mature on the tree they'd develop that brown, fibrous husk we usually associate coconuts with. So a young coconut, technically speaking, isn't "ripe" at all--it's picked before ful

Those 3 months you took seemed to follow Dr. Grahams approach. Maybe set up an e-mail consult with him?? Just e-mail him and ask, it's not bad price wise and may help guide you to at least starting off with guidance. Afterwards, with a better foundation and awareness you can adapt to what works for you over time or continue on as with his guidelines. Sometimes a little professional reassurance ca

I think you are going too fast, thinking too far ahead and mono-dieting takes experience to do well in general for most people. Look at doing this down the road. Just try to get the basics first by progressing to eating all raw. Don't over think it at this point. Learn to eat the food, then you can pick it apart. The carbs no matter how you look at it come from your fruits as the best source. If

Eating enough fruit will give you the energy, keep the fat low as not to interfere with the fruit digestion. Most people when starting out, generally don't eat enough fruit, you can refine the diet when you adapt to it later. What is enough?? Calorie count in, eventually it will come naturally. Factor in detox and simply adjusting to the diet - This takes time, some longer than other, practice pa

Avocado only is fine, besides you get a fat intake from most foods to a degree anyhow. In addition, as the months, years go by, things will change for you. View the big picture rather than the day by day I need this or that train of thought.

Common train of thought, actually from Dr. Graham, is to go between 8-12 times a day. BUT, everyone will have an opinion, right or wrong, unfortunately. Find out what everyone bases their opinion on and decide for yourself then :O) Ofcourse, if you have other troubles, you need to address that. Get professional help, not just an opinion.

Phantom, I'm tellin' ya, I don't know your money situation, but just get a cheapie $60 juicer and find out how you like it. The difference between that and a high priced juicer is marginal in your position. Try it out for a month and don't over think it. You'll find if you progress in raw foods you don't need a juicer as time goes by anyhow. This way your out $60, not a big deal and better than a
