Good point Lee, too many other variables kinda make it a pointless challenge Brian put out there. Too bad he doesn't put a serious thought out approach to his high fruit accusations and show us the alternatives he proposes or something other than his "word" it's not good. Kinda weird all around if you ask me.

You should receive an e-mail with a link to get the e-book. They had it setup that you can read it on-line that way. They don't send you a pdf or anything.

If unsure about a juicer, just pick up a cheap walmart or similar type for about $60 and try it out. They work just fine, unless your into specific needs. You can always upgrade easier than being stuck with an overpriced gadget you don't care for or use that often. No way around the cleaning though. You can put practically anything in a Vitamix and it turns it to liquid or a paste. Do you need

Hey Wendi, remember that 3-4 day so called crash I mentioned?? Stick it out and see how you feel after day 5 if you can?? It's common to get tired, etc. about this time for these kinda experiments. I just wonder if cucumbers will be too difficult for a day though. Not alot of calories or the same ooomph of a sweet fruit for energy. Take it easy and rest :O)

Cravings will and do subside, but everyone varies how long it takes and to what degree they subside. Some cravings take months, some take years, some longer. Some cravings are emotional, some are habit, some are taste, etc. You get the picture I hope :O) Just take it a day at a time and be patient is the key I believe.

Who's givin' ya flak?? Sounds like your doing great regardless. :O) The results interest me though to a degree, but I for one will continue as I am, which is very similar actually. I know what works for me at this time in my life and will continue. But, I just hope others won't be easily swayed one way or the other by the results of just one instance, positive or not.

I used to find worms, bugs, etc in my organic produce, mainly lettuce alot. I figured the food was good enough for them to live off of as a good sign. Conventional produce never had any critters. Even had some lettuce once that lasted for a good week with a live bug in it afterwards still chompin' away. Just make sure to clean things well and ofcourse don't think about eating worms. Far as I was

Forgot to add, that test doesn't show protein deficiency, only the current absorption quality of protein at that specific time of day or testing.

Another angle to consider is quality of life as opposed to gaining extra years as the main focus. Mental attitude can take you a long way. Most people may have shaved years off by their pre-raw days of eating and lifestyle already. Who knows, no one really does when you get down to it :O(

If I'm thinking of the same test, I have had this done a number of times. Kinda neat and painless. My Naturopathic Physician at the time was always ready to administer vitamins and whatever if anything was slightly off. Funny thing was, I can throw the numbers off by what I ate prior, which he also admitted to as true. I think it centers in on actual trouble but it is a debatable procedure. Ac

True coco. Doctors never seem to bring up diet unless the patient does first. That was my point basically. Once they know you have chosen a different path, it's the built in excuse when they don't have the answer, which is often. I have sworn off doctors myself, even natural approach oriented doctors have an agenda I have found out most times. Sigh, I suggest, as well as follow - be your own d

Go ahead and forgo veggies if you like. Time will tell if the desire comes back and you can go that time without em safely. Being you are so new to raw eating I would be questioning if you are really in touch with reading what your body "really" wants yet, but it's not impossible. Just be careful and aware as much as you can :O)

A craving for fish and cheese means you feel protein deficient?? You may want to reconsider that and reconsider the craving as attributed to something else actually. Greens and fruits eaten in adequate amounts will get you all the protein your body needs. Do the research and the information is there, if you choose to believe that is.

There a cheap, year round, easily found and available fruit - Can't knock it for that. :O) It's not a necessary fruit, but no particular fruit is necessary. The old hybrid, starchy, blah, blah, argument has been around for years. Silly stuff if you ask me. I eat em or I don't, depends. I just don't eat the huge numbers I used to in my beginning days also. :O)

Sweet fruit is always a welcome addition to liven up most any vegetable dish in my opinion. Sure it's OK to do. If it's not right or a good combo, you will know it or feel it. Of course, on the other hand I don't mix anything anymore. Just tastes better and goes down easier this way for me. Another future option to keep in mind. :O)

Another common response is when anything seems amiss, they tend to blame the diet, if they are aware you are eating less typical than others. If you find a doctor that accepts and understands, stick with him or her :O)

Try not going so heavy on the shampoos or try a much more mild one and keep the hair moisturized or more to it's natural state I would think is a good idea. Shampoos can be very drying and be part of the problem.
