RV diet brought about huge changes in my life. I started to notice a pattern of being drawn back to cooked, in times of great stress or grief after loosing someone. When adding cooked, troublesome symptoms would return. When i returned to raw the symptoms would disappear. I did a little yo yo raw/ cooked for a while. I'm glad that this happened, as it allowed me to truly experience the

Macrobiotic principles classify raw food as incredibly yin. I am constantly being told that although my diet may well suit me now, that i am causing long term damage to my stomach, spleen small and large intestine. That eventually I will cause untold damage and end up with chronic fatigue like symptoms if i keep eating raw. I have been advised to add grains, fish pulses miso soups, cooked veg

The Ki theory. There are 3 types of Ki (energy or life force) Inherited Ki (also known as ancestral, Pre-Heaven ,original or source Ki) This is stored in the kidneys and used up over our life time. When its gone, we die. Food Ki (post heaven or grain Ki) The Ki is in the food, which is transformed by the spleen, which sends ki to the chest, where ki is made into a form useful to the body.

Hey OkunDeji Don't know if this will help you but it works for me. That 'well meant/ or not?' constant intensive criticism or feedback that is exchanged by your fellow companions on this earth plane is simply an exchange of energy. That's all it ever is! You can take this energy and use it in which ever way you see fit. You can use it to destroy yourself. You can use it to empower yourse

Its my Opinion that they are dead foods. If i run my hand over fresh fruit and veggies i can feel the living energy. I often scan foods with my hand to detect its energy when deciding if i wish to purchase. It works for me. Dehydrated, dried and cooked foods give off a different energy. Flower remedies, essential oils, some herbal and homeopathic preparations also radiate a type of living

How many vaccines are pumped into a small child in the early years of life? Compromise the immune system with vaccines. Damage our natural defences. Promote fear and misinformation through an eager greedy media. Sell us drugs to restore our ill health.... What a fantastic money generating exercise! And most of us buy into it! Is this so difficult for people to see? ffx

Hi juicerkatz I'm responding to your initial post, (you may have moved forward on this by now) My question....... Why are you doing this to yourself and others? Its the question that I ask myself when I hit a brick wall! Acceptance of where you and they are right now may be the key to this issue. Love and healing ffx

I am assuming that you are female, if not i apologise, if so it may be worth just checking out Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Symptoms. There are many symptoms and its a little tricky to diagnose. If you see a pattern it may well be worth investigation through a health practitioner. My sister and two of my Aunts have it. I have a couple of symptoms, but nowhere near as severe as my sister and aun

Hi Pampam I cook for my family too. It wasn't easy, I sort of resented the time it took at first, but got over that! I also believed that my path would be easier if i didn't have to cook for them every day. The temptation..... I started making larger batches of food, so that some days i only needed to reheat instead of start from scratch. I also introduced much quicker, simpler meals slowly.

Hi juicerkatz Homeopathy is wonderful. I dont know how i would manage without it. BIG fan. I did consider training many times, but like me many people have done simple first aid courses and self prescribe, so i dont think there is too much work out there for the newly qualified. Im normally very healthy due to lifestyle choices. I just remember what a chest infection feels like, so i wanted
