I cant do it to myself, because i bloat, but it would be mashed potato or bread. I have not found a satisfactory bread replacement. I place cauliflower in a processor, smash it to bits (sometimes add some nuts) that acts as my carb substitute. ffx

I usually keep good health. The last time i was forced to take antibiotics was 19 years ago due to an infection related to childbirth. 3 days ago I woke up feeling the symptoms/ onset of lower respiratory tract infection. I knew this was not detox. I had to nip this in the bud. I took kyolic garlic, echinacea, zinc and high dose vitamin c for 3 days. (alongside Raw and increasing green ju

Hi musicbebe The puppy is fine. She has raw fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds. I just chop it up small and she eats it. She also loves fruit smoothies. She hates green juice and blended veggies. A favourite pass time of hers is to go blackberry picking in the local woods! She eats whole bananas. She peels them, then eats the skins afterwards. The downside of keeping a Rv dog is that she has e

I met a woman (late 50's early 60's) whilst walking my dogs. We started talking about how sick my puppy had been and how the vomiting ceased when placed on a diet of raw fruit and veggies. (She and her 2 sisters are veg

eaglefly This is a really interesting post. I have enjoyed reading the replies. I spend lots of time with my daughter, walking the dogs,at least 2 hrs a day, 3-4 at the weekends. I also share lots of time with my family. I meet new people on a regular basis, through work, so I'm a very efficient 'small talker', but really don't care for it much! I have several long term friends. I value

Hi Mseight04 Rest is important. So is exercise. Moving your body, however tired you may be will help. Do you do any form of exercise? Exercise promotes a deeper quality sleep / relaxation. If you are concerned about weight, maybe choose exercise rather than calorie restriction to work on shedding the excess. Maybe you could eat a little more if you were to increase your exercise level unti

I admire your courage for posting your thoughts. My thoughts... Communicating your thoughts online is an art in itself! It takes some practice! Its not necessarily that people are trying to win arguments or beat others down. Some 'heated arguments' appear to be misunderstood posts by the audience met. I know that i have posted, read the response and realised that my point had been mis

I have taken a break from all melons. I love them, but even small amounts appear to cause me problems. I experience severe bloating within a few mins of eating melon, followed within the next few hours by aching/ sore joints and an inflamed colon I recognised this as eating wheat brings on exactly the same symptoms. I posted about the melon/ bloating issue on this site. Someone suggested
