Thanks for sharing the video. I really like his sponge analogy too. I thought the overall message was very inspiring. Dang thats a lot of celery being juiced! I wonder how much more juice he would of squeezed out with a different juicer.

okay, people are picking on me. hah Yah, always fear rejection. I'm gonna hold my ground and stick with my sweeping generalization. If you want to talk about sweeping generalizations, ask about all raw foodists feeling, smelling, and looking better than others who are not. You never approached the opposite (or same sex for that matter) sex wanting to get into a relationship with them an

My idiomatic expression may have not captured the essence of what I was trying to say. When someone wants to enter a relationship with another person, there is always a fear of rejection. Sometimes people fear that

I would like to someone how contribute to your conversation but I'll stick with my simplistic and naive forum post. hah I may have to google and look into buying some books related to some concepts you talked about! Intriguing stuff.

honestykindnesslove, I think your nervousness propagates through the words you type. I'm guessing you are asking about how to 'break' the ice with someone you're interested in dating that you eat raw foods? Like getting to the relationship part is the hard part? I'm in a similar situation. I like to call myself 'selfish' because I want to treat my own body the way I want to treat it.

I'm not even sure how to word this post, but I wanted to throw out some ideas and have others complete my thoughts. Today, I was just thinking about "the world" we live in and asked myself, "I wonder if we got some things all wrong?" and then, "I wonder how close we are to actualization?" To give you an example of what I'm trying to communicate, lets use th

I know someone who is in his 30s and he passes for 16-17 years of age. When people mistake him for a younger person, it kinda bothers him. I could see how it bothers you as well. I am a really slender person and I feel I look younger because I'm not overweight. When I tell people my real age, they tell me to get out of town. In part, I feel its due to a cautious diet. I don't eat junk lik

I agree with Bryan; listen to your intuition. I would rather eat something and let my own body determine if it is good for me rather than emotionally batter myself because of food that others tell me not to eat. You will find the answer through your own means. Bruce Lee has this amazing quote applicable to your situation. I apologize if its out of context. It goes like this: "Don

Rufio, Pain in the lower right of your abdomen could indicate one of two things. 1. You are have appendix problems. 2. You are developing irritable bowel syndrome. J & T already covered the appendix problem. Here is why I think it could be IBD. In the lower right portion of your abdomen, you have an involuntary sphincter muscle called your ileocecal valve. This sphincter muscle all

Pineapple has a proteolytic enzyme in it called bromelain (digest proteins). Some people think it helps relieve inflammation and facilitate digestion. A website I googled states that bromelain may actually be absorbed outside the digestive tract. I would think by putting an enzyme on sensitive skin, it would produce some type of redness on the area. I've experienced the same thing as you,

Joannec, I think you really need to look at both sides of the coin. It would be naive of us to believe you are the only part of the relationship who shows frustration towards meal time. You feel raw foodism is the way and light to better health. Your husband isn't a believer at this point. Although, it is none of my business, I predict raw-foodism was a lifestyle choice made by yourself af

Where can I buy a 'Super Tramp'? I think they are illegal in Pennsylvania. I agree. The more expensive rebounders probably have more bounce and easier on your joints. I'd find a friend who has one and try it out first before you go spending a few hundred dollars on a self-proclaimed 'high tech' rebounder.

raw food = generic term for food that is not cooked Raw Food = book, title, forum, (artists discretion I guess) Raw Food Lifestyle (diet) = a proper noun specifying what type of diet/lifestyle. Raw food = beginning of a sentence Rawfood = Not sure if making it a compound word makes sense rawf00d = someone with too much time on their hands thats what I think!

The rebounder I bought at wal-mart is really stable. I snapped it in to place all by myself. At first I was really scared! I would follow the directions though if I were you; get two people. I'm just a stubborn male who resists help from others! When I use it, I never once had the fear of it eating me like a venus fly trap. I used it for a few months, every other day, and had no problems

I bought a cheap one at walmart. I used it for awhile. I think it cost me $30. My chiropractor thought it was a bad idea for me to start rebounding. I have weakened core muscles and a kyphotic posture. Its weird because rebounders are for core training, so I thought I was doing myself a favor. I'm not quite sure if he was just trying to protect me because there is alot of cheap rebounde

I would think that any company that sells Matstone juicer's (retailer) has communications with the distributor so they can order more products. Try calling the retailer to get the main company's phone number.

Hey guys, I am wondering if anyone can recommend a great air cleaner? I only need it to clean one room--a bedroom 12x22. I don't need anything fancy (ozone blah blah). I prefer fresh air but my building complains if I have my windows open in the midst of winter.
