I agree, I like how Beyonce handled the situation. It was pretty genuine of her to allow Taylor to give her thank-you speech If I had to take one guess, it would be Lady Gaga with the crazy fuzzy stuff all over her head. She is kinda messed up! hah

Hellokitty, If it makes you feel better, go visit your local doctor and have him check it out. It is your life and you have to do what is best for you! Doctor's are people too and they have an opinion just like many members on this forum. Once he gives you his opinion, it is up to do whatever you want with it!! Hellokitty, its okay to be concerned about how you feel all the time. Ju

I was wondering what everyone thought of the incidence at the MTV Video Music Awards in which Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift while she was receiving her award. Not only did he interrupt her, but he implied she didn't deserve to win. Does he get a 'get out of jail' card because he was intoxicated and not in the right mind, or do you think there is no excuse for his behavior? Taylor Swi

Life is perfect without expectations has been my new mantra I say to myself as of lately. I think it is important in life to not define yourself by who you think you are. You start to see everything in life based on how you perceive yourself and what you typically expect. For example, whenever you meet a new person you expect others to view you how others have viewed you in the past. It could

Hi Julie, I'm not exactly 100% raw. I have been slowly transitioning from a few raw meals during the week to every other day or every third day. I am just trying to take things slow for now. In time there will eventually be a day where I'll be 100%. I think I'm battling parasite/fungal issues similar to you. I have been okay with eliminating sugars, but there is still underlying issues I'

Juliel, Keep me informed on your journey of fighting candida using the 80/10/10 principle. In theory, I totally agree with Dr. Graham but I think I'd have to take sebatical from school just to make the transition. I am going to eventually make the transition to a high fruit intake but mentally I am not prepared for it yet. Keep up the good work.

Under nutrition summary they have: Total caloric intake with a red bar (color depends on if you met your goal). That is the summation of all your meals for the day. The "Total" fat you see is the recommended daily value you should be ingesting measured in percentages. Mine is extremely elevated so it is the color red. For example, the number can go past 100% if you eat past the re

The body is very cyclic in nature. You will have your good days and bad days. Its like peeling an onion, you start by working on the outside layer (you may experience one symptom for a period of time, then move on to the next layer). As your body begins to heal, you may start to see new different symptoms. I know with intestinal issues, it takes about 3-4 days for a lining of your intestines

Hellokitty, I have been told by a ND that sometimes being bound up is a product of detoxing. When your body is trying to get rid of all the garbage in the system, you get bound up. One way to combat hemorrhoids and constipation is to increase your exercise (be sure to maintain adequate water intake either by water or fruits). Be alittle bit more active to get your blood circulation going.

I used the Omega 8003 juicer. It seems to get the job done quite well. I sometimes come across a problem with cucumbers, but alternating with celery is a quick fix. Thanks for the juicing advice. I think I'll add a few more glasses to my daily regimen.

Thanks for your support! I haven't eaten anything all day. I took a giant nap to rest my body and awoke with a feeling of freshness in my muscles. Several irregular bowel movements scared me because I am receiving intestinal inflammation from juice. I plan to continue the fast tomorrow til Tuesday night. Wish me luck. Tomorrow is a brand new day. I am going to embrace it. Thanks

Hello, I am beginning a 'juice feast' as some would call it. I have no experience in juice fasting for I only plan to do it for 2 days as a start. Today I juiced celery, spinach, red leaf lettuce, ginger, parsley, and kale. Today I've had watery stool. The juice looked almost exactly the same going in as it did coming out. Anyone with any constructive advice, feel free to respond

I used to get really bad headaches everyday much like you. I found out it was a food allergy. The headaches didn't go away until I stopped eating the certain food for a few days.

I think a good way to stop food intolerances to pop-up is by alternating your diet. Keep a nice rotation to your diet so you are not eating the same thing over and over again. You're not stupid for asking a question or worrying!

I have read Jordin Rubin's "No Guts No Glory" book. I've done the program. I found it a very helpful process to better understanding my digestive health. The No Guts No Glory program is not raw or vegan, but it may allow you to help heal your ulcers. It focuses on re-supplying your body with the minerals through bone broths and nutrients through vegetable soups. Your inner ecology

A good source for Peruvian Maca Root is from: I am not affiliated with this source in anyway; just passing on to help someone out. I've ordered it several times from them. You can order the raw or gelatinized at pretty affordable prices. Hope this helps! Greg
