There is apparently one copy available at $13.98. And after that it goes up to $30 and $100 for used copies pretty quickly. Go figure. I just bought the one for $13.98, call me selfish. I prefer to think of it as self-interested. Kref

BW, Thanks. For those of you who want to see the cover on Amazon more clearly, press your control Ctrl and "+" sign several times. Press "Ctrl" and "-" to make the screen go back after you are done. BW, agree that does seem odd, though I have found one vendor who may still have old inventory. I say "may" because he doesn't say " out

I think in general, I agree with Fresh, Tamukha, John Rose, and pborst. Protein isn't a problem unless you aren't eating enough calories in which case you have other problems. Kref

Dr. Joel Fuhrman, MD has a nutritional protocol for autoimmune conditions, including skin conditions like psoriasis. I don't know if it is applicable to all autoimmune conditions. However, it might be a useful adjunct. It also described in more detail in his book Eat to Live. Best. Kref

well spoken, a few pitted kalamata olives that have been rinsed thoroughly are an excellent addition to any salad and as a whole food far better than olive oil. Whole foods are better in general than extracts. Add some edameme, dulse flakes. Experiment with your orchestra Panchito. I like the metaphor.

JJ, You again. You seem to have made it's your life mission to sell what is a pretty good juicer, but not the only juicer by a long shot. When will be hearing from Helloob again, eh??? Coco and WY's experiences for cleaning a GSE are no less valid than your own. And you have no idea whether their experience is a minority one or representative one. If you think otherwise, show me you

Jargon, Thanks for the unsolicited advice. Please save it for someone to whom it applies. I've always liked John. Still do. Don't read into my statements. Never idolized him. My complaint is he changed the groundrules without notice, not that his advice is somehow beyond reproach. He'd be the first to admit he's still learning like the rest of us. Also, never used the phrase &qu

New Jersey is a big state, like Michigan where I'm from. It would make a a world of difference if I were in Detroit or Flint vs. Traverse City or East Lansing. Vermont is.... well Vermont. I just don't think the state is large enough to compare to New Jersey. Both beautiful states. Different topography.
