Hey there... I really relate to this, even though I was this way on the SAD diet (but nowhere near as strong). High raw cleans you out a lot and makes you more in tune, so if you were already a psychic/empathic/more sensitive than usual individual, these qualities are only increased on raw. I recommend you begin learning the practice of shielding.

Yeah I'd avoid, especially when there are other natural jewelry items such as wood that are very pretty if you're going for that earthy look.

I am grain free. I think anything that gets the word out about just how nasty gluten is, is a great thing.

Just curious, who exactly are the people who are so calorie and carb phobic? I don't see them on this board. AnywaY, she looks beautiful. Glad she's found something that is working for her and I hope she remains healthy and happy.

Yeah I agree. The problem is when people are so far gone they don't really want to care for themselves.

I use grapeseed oil in the same way. As soon as I discovered this I felt silly for buying those chemical eye makeup removers all those years. :\ Just rub a little oil over your mascara, wipe off with a cloth, and done.

It seems to be anything containing bacteria, for me. We tried making our own water kefir and it made me sick too.

Yeah, I feel you. No babies yet for us. I just want to publish my first few novels and then I'll be ready. If the pull out method works for long enough to make that happen I'll let ya'll know, lol.

I like it. Honestly I don't use it much just because I don't really have oily skin, and while I like the pore cleansing properties, it really dries my skin out if I leave it on too long. It's such an intensely cool feeling though, the way it tightens and "pulses" on your face. I just have to make sure to remove it before it's totally dry and tight and then put something really moisturi

Green leafy vegetables are the foundation of a good raw diet! And so yummy too. I'm just... addicted to green leaf lettuce lately. It's funny because I used to occasionally get a weird craving for Taco Bell (*God awful ugh), not because I literally would EVER eat it but because I used to eat it a lot when I was young and I swear my cells are still detoxing from it. Anyway though, I find that

I wanted to add that for some reason, those Gts Kombucha bottled drinks cause me candida flares. I can't handle any form of kombucha actually. Later someone told me they can flare up yeast in some people. So can mushrooms, apparently although they don't seem to do that to me. So be careful with "good bacteria" stuff. I tried for years to eat probiotic foods and that path never worke

I'm the same (about not craving sweets) so I keep my fruit at about 50/50 with the other stuff. I just can't do the high fruit diet either, not unless I'm doing it as a cleanse for a few days or something. I crave spicy foods and fats.

You look gorgeous, love your dark blue eyes as well. You definitely have a "glow" in the second pic. My skin has improved tons as well over time.

I eat all of those things you mentioned. Avocados and coconut oil are a big part of my diet. Some seeds and nuts too. I have no idea what line has to be crossed for it to be considered a "high fat" diet though... I don't really keep track of these things. But no, I don't believe it causes Candida. A small camp of people (the low fat raw vegans) tend to believe that but not everyone... I

Of course you can emotionally eat. YOU don't, I get that, but what about the people who purposefully eat a lot of BAD foods because they have low self esteem? I'm not talking bananas and dates here I'm talking bags of marshmellows, entire cakes, etc. People do it and many do it when they are upset or hurting. I agree we shouldn't say ALL eating is emotional eating, but there is such a thing as

I've always heard that there isn't any sperm in pre-cum unless the man has ejaculated in the past few hours. I could be wrong but that's what I've heard from my friends who have had long term success with the method. If the man has recently had an orgasm you're supposed to use a condom. I suppose the body doesn't work perfectly all the time though and no method is 100%. I guess the way I look

Exactly... there isn't only one "right" way and we ALL struggle sometimes with our diet and lifestyle and finding balance. DR might think he's perfect but I guarantee he will hit some roadblocks at some point in the future... I hope for his sake they aren't too bad and he won't have to eat his many, many, many harsh words...

Can you AT ALL express your beliefs without tearing someone else down in the process? Your whole energy and way of doing things is just... gross. I'm sorry. And it completely turns me off of your diet... I can't see how anyone who is living a healthy life would have so much negative energy toward others inside of them. I second the "get help" comments.

I've been working out a lot lately to the song "She Wolf" by Shakira. It's a really fun, dancy song. Good luck getting back on track!

Really? It's always worked for us and it's worked for a friend of mine for over 10 years now. They always pull out and when they wanted to get pregnant they were successful within a month so I know they are fertile. I just don't get how it fails people. I mean how can a woman get pregnant if there is no sperm released?
