So last nigt I was eating dinner with my partner, and the bottle of nama shoyu was on the table and we got to talking about it, Anyway, I wasn't really thinking and said we could probably just make some ourselves to which his reply was "What just puree up some soybeans and through it in the window?" At this I could just not stop laughing because it really shows how he thinks about the

Sounds like your doing great, I would stop the mission tortillas right away. They have way too many ingrediants and lots of perservatives. They have those where I work and I can smell how toxic they are when the bag is opened. As an alernative try to find corn tortillas with only 3 ingrediants, corn, lime and salt, this will be kinder to your system. Please give this some thought. Easy

I've never had acid reflux but sometmes I get a little heartburn in the middle of the night and to relieve it I take a couple chewy calcium vitamins and this helps, the calcium nuetrilzes the acid I think, not raw, but I haven't had any detremential effects. It usually comes from poor food combining so mono eating is a good preventive measure. Prevention is the key I think.

Hemp seeds have a god balance of omega 3 & 6's; hemp also contains all the essential amino acids you need, including those that the body can not by itself. Google it.

136. Re: IUD"s
hey coco I finally did the research for PID. same idea with bacteria traveling through the cervix, most dangerous if you have a std at time of insertion of the IUD, but women should be tested and treated before hand. So PID risk is raised slightly at time of insertion but goes back down afterwords. Risk is higher if you are 25 or younger because the cervix is not "fully matured". PID i

update Everything was ok. Did not have to deal with her, only once when she lingered in the bathroom while I waited on line. Everything else as great, a guy actually gave me a flat of organic apples from his orchard, I ate that and grapes and honeydew the whole weekend and I felt so great I don't think anything negative could have penetrated through that energy.

I'm thinking more for natural disasters. Eathquakes, floods fires, hurricanes etc. I think growing up in California you are taught how it is important to be ready for earthquakes and I live in San Francisco so it would be stupid of me not to. Growing up I lived in these mountians and once there was a really bad storm and the (dirt) roads washed out. We were stuck up on these hills for weeks wit

Garlic, lots of garlic kills fungus. Lauric acid found in coconuts & coconut oil helps fight fungus; And like stated above, remove all things that fungus's thrive on, sugar white flour etc. Keeping the skin clean & dry is imortant too.

So for the past few months I have been working on putting together an emergency kit for my household, I wanted to ask everyone for ideas for foods that would be good. Dried fruits/nuts?- how long do you think I could safely store these things? Freeze dried fruits? these seem good. Any comfort food that you think would keep well? I'm storing everything in a dark plastic bin, not airtight. T

I had my own pineapple moment a few days ago. It was the first thing I ate in the day, here in SF we just had a whole week of gorgeous hot weather but Sunday morning brought the fog, I sat in backyard, freezing and eating this pineapple and it totally transformed everything for me, took me to Hawaii, the warm tropics, everything, it was bliss. I could have stayed in those moments for along time..
