Also, I'm sure all us "raw people" know the dangers of mercury.... Do you know how much mercury is in a rabies vax? Enough Said.

I emailed them about it but haven't gotten a response. I have an easier time drinking out of those big poland spring bottles..so its not the size it's just the shape of it. I think they concentrated too much on making a big hole so icecubes can fit in it and so liquids could easily be poured in it. Too bad drinking out of it isn't easy.

I'm the exact opposite. I've been considering JUST using the frozen wheatgrass and not worrying so much about regular vegetables. I was paying like $200 for a few weeks because I use Dynamic Greens.

K I need to start watching these raw forums more. last I saw Narz in a thread.. Jamie was still preggers. lol. That baby is adorable. It has like a raw glow to it. Unless it's just the cam you're using. Usually I see pics of babies and they're like pale and their skin is all see through and veiny.

Whole Foods now selling them and I meant to get one a while ago anyway..so I bought one. Same price without the extra cost for shipping. Not sure I like it though. It's kind of awkward to drink out of once it's half gone. You have to like squish your nose in the bottle with your upper lip or open your mouth wider.. er something. Just an awkward shape when you're used to "normal" bott

In my experience, I lose hair when my iron is too low. Like right now. I stopped adding supplements to my smoothies and I'm losing a lot. Regardless of how I'm eating, it's always low iron mixed with a low thyroid. I've done 30+ days of juice fasting and hardly lost any hair and the same with eating SAD..no problems unless it's the iron. I had more hair when I was addicted to Starbucks Frapac

Bannana Peels are the main attraction along with fruit like apple cores or orange peels rotting in the garbage..That's the attraction more than whole fruit just hanging around unless it's overly ripe. If yo

I've been eating apple seeds since I was a kid and I haven't died yet. I doubt most of the vitamins get absorbed because how many people actually chew them well? I know I"ve bitten into a few seeds and the overwhelming bitter taste was so gross I wouldnt chew again and would just swallow it. Swallowing a broken apple seed probably comes out the way it went down.

Yeah, I've been hitting the orchards since August. I'm a weirdo and like some of them "green" and unripe and sour. Now they're all red and ripe though lol. Unfortunately they're not organic but they taste great. There's definitely a taste difference in the Macintosh apples at the orchard than the "locally grown" ones from 2 states over sold at Whole Foods. I called the co-

That's like asking "If sugar is so unhealthy, then why do we have sugar tastebuds". Sugar comes from food naturally. You don't have to eat a Hershey Bar. So does salt. You don't have to eat Potato Chips.

I don't know why everyone says farmer's markets are cheaper. Everyone I've gone to is more expensive than Whole Foods. The local Co-Op is NO cheaper..infact costs me more when you factor in that it costs about $5 of gas for a trip there. Stop eating out and learn to cook? Uhh.... This is a RAW FOOD forum....
