I don't like them when they're overly ripe or if they're under ripe. I tried eating Panama bananas with lots of spots and they tasted fermented to me. I prefer them to be more on the yellow side. I also think it depends on where your bananas come from. California Bay Area bananas come from Equador and are tasteless unless they have lots of brown spots. In Cambridge, they are from Columbia, at

I just did a search trying to find your favorite raw recipe books and couldn't find anyone's list, so I'm hoping you wouldn't mind letting me know what recipe book you use the most. What raw recipe book has been most useful? Thanks.

I'm going to be in Boston from tonight until the 12th. I would love to know if there are anyone out there who lives in the area. Are there any good raw restaurants I can easily go to by the T? Would you be willing to meet me? I would love to meet a fellow raw foodist. I've been raw for two years now, usually between 70%-100%. Every time I try to eat like I used to I get

Thanks, Mike. No wonder I didn't find her when I googled her name. I'm just now starting to read Herbert Shelton's book "Orthotrophy" on line. It's wonderful.

I remember reading her writings on the old board and really like what she says. I've googled her name and haven't found anything on a raw fooder with that name. Who is she? Does she go by another name now? Where can we get more of her writings? How long has/had she been raw? Where did she get all her interesting information? Can we learn more about her? Where is she now? Why did she s

I'm thinking about going to the Boston area in Aug. I'm not really sure exactly which town my daughter lives in yet, but it's near the T. I know that sounds flaky, but she just moved and hasn't sent me her new address. Plus, I don't know the area at all. My daughter has some interest in raw, but still eats a lot of SAD. Anyway, can anyone suggest any good restaurants that are easy to get to o
