Yes, high frequency is admirable....Raw foods are intense....when trying to answer to people the question, why raw?, I'll sometimes slice a carrot lenthwise and show them the vibrant orange flesh and ask them to imagine what the carrot would look like if it were cooked (intensity of color washed out).
In terms of the wave characteristics (frequency, wavelength, amplitude) of the light radiati

That's good news on the E3Live! It's alkalizing too I imagine....hope he learns to accept some of these things without World War III.
Did you say in your original post he likes yogurt....that's actually 24 to 44% protein depending whether it is whole or skimmed--
--found out the hard way when I used to eat too much yogurt and my sweat would reek of amonia, a nasty byproduct of excess p

The rats in my neighborhood like fruit in season. They go after my tomatoes and watermelons in particular, and would probably like to see me plant more variety judging by the way they just knaw on less tasty veggies. They like squash too if it's all that's in season.
I've never actually caught them in the act so I just checked what wild rats tend to eat. Here is what one author recently sug

This sounds really good!! I'm going to try it. Today I juiced something somewhat similar:
1 lb kale
1 lb carrots
1 lemon
(About 1 kilo altogether)
I usually put chunks of coconut and aloe in too. It's also a thirst quencher.

1628. Re: group meals
I used to live in faculty housing and shared many meals with teachers and administrators. As a vegetarian there was always something I could put on my plate and be thankful. It was never an issue as far as I knew. It would have been harder as a raw vegan for sure to find something appropriate. But still maybe I'd have put something on my plate even if I didn't eat it.
I think people talk a

Jodi's idea of the Home Depot is right on. They may have citrus in stock now, March and April also being reasonable planting months in the valley according to that extension website. They probably have small container grown trees that will take the shock of planting a lot better and grow like weeds given the warmth and sun.

Derek,
TMJ is a huge topic. I've had bruxism and clicking before... Here's my 2cents on Temporo-Mandibular Joint syndrome.
My only painful experience with TMJ came the morning after chewing a huge meal of raw carrot sticks etc and TIRESOME unsoaked nuts. I woke up with a sore jaw on one side and the inability to fully open my mouth (Trismus). After two days of rest and no improvement, I

You probably know ASU has lots of beautiful trees including citrus (look for the white painted trunks).
I lived in Scottsdale for one year then Tempe for four. Nice area!

Hey, I havn't posted since the old format a few years ago. But I've been following and learning from the great posts.
If I may try to answer your question, as someone who used to live in the Valley, and has almost always gardened (though I lived in apartments while there).
The best time of year to plant trees is late September to October in order to give the roots time to establish in time
