Sure to grow isnt fiberglassy like grodan. I wasnt to impressed with the grodan. The misting Im going to add to my outdoor grow this summer. I have a special foliar feed that will be nice to add during the evening watering. Haha! Sprinkler for my basement grow...!! Lucky you working in greenhouses. Im a newbie but kickin butt. Im slowly heading towards 100% raw!!

Nutrient levels and taste are increased by using leds. Wheatgrass grown under leds has a deep lush color and taste is sweeter!!

My next venture is to try a new product called "sure to grow" similiar to grodan. With my organic nutrients and ozone water....schwing!! That will really make my water organicky!! Thanks!! Its actually been rearranged again and soon to enlarge. I am going to transplant all my seedlings into 4 inch pots. I have a ton to transplant. Ill post new pics at the end of the week when the entire "switch over" is done. My sunflower in that pic is budding now and a foot taller in 8 days. lOL. Im a firm believer in dirt grown produce. There is something very spiritual about eating food that Mother Nature has provided for me. Im extremely careful about my fertilizers as well. Me too!! There seems to be a "downslide" after the holidays so Im kicking back reading stayin busy with my indoor grows. My newest read is "Stranger in Galilee" by Russell Perkins. If your using tap water, general rule of them is to let it sit for 24 hours to help remove impurities. Its probably the seeds also. I just read on Hippocrates Health that the seeds are usually the issue. There is also a product made from grapefuit oils that you can add to help with mold. Also....use a fan on your grow area.

What an excellent video showing the power of leds. The video was done using ONLY 15 watts. Its amazing. I grow my wheatgrass with 45 watts and 90 watt leds and the results are even faster. My lettuce has really taken off this past week. Im an avid soil grower but I have an interest in trying hydroponics. The yields are usually larger and the growing time is 2/3 faster with hydroponics. Update on my lettuce....its huge! Haha! My Iris are almost 13 inches tall (in veg...no flowers yet) My pepper plant became a meal for my dog.....but I found one spindly branch....put it in rooting powder....and my plant still lives. Im actually getting these great tiny flowers on my newly re-rooted pepper. Led grow lights for christmas......the gift that keeps on giving!!!

Your in Mass? I used to live in mass....most recently Nantucket. I had a dinner the other night and a few friends came over and they still cant believe im growing indoors. My lettuce(romaine and butterscotch) are really taking off and my Iris and roses are loving the leds. Its snowing today......if this is like last winter....were going to be buried again.
