Oh: -And stick to the fruits & vegetables that you LOVE. Avoid stuff you hate. Eat before you leave the house...bring a snack bag everywhere.....and NEVER depend on some one else to feed you. Always be the BEARER of fresh cut fruits and vegetables - and you will never go hungry. Preparation is a raw-fooders watch-word! -What do you think? -David Mason

To analyze what percentage of raw food you ARE eating now....and are comfortable with on a daily basis.....and make a plan of small goals (with timetables) to increase that amount by 1-2% per week. You should lose no more than 1-2 lbs per week......and should have no problem reaching your raw goals with minimal discomfort. -Just my opinions. -David Mason

-Must be very distressing. -Reasonable sunlight, fresh air, and an absence of chemical / processed irritants on your skin (or ingested) will go a long way. If you are really concerned....see a professional....but don't stress! Plenty of punk girls I dated has some pretty radical haircuts! -David Mason

-Apples & Oranges are a good staple. Bananas & grapes are a good snack. -If you have children, why don't you prepare ONE pre-cut salad in a container per day......and one platter of cut veggies & dip? (And one plate of fresh cut fruit). They'll Always have something to snack on! -You can't control them eating junk....but you CAN make sure they have a healthy example at home.

Opinion: -I would start by FIRST evaluating what level of raw food you ARE CURRENTLY eating and comforatable with.....and set small goals to stretch from there. -A good first goal is to try to eat 1/3 raw with every meal. Later increase to 2/3 raw with every meal. Later....try 1 all raw meal per day...then 2....... -Once you are eating a majority of raw food - and are VERY comfortable w

-I hear you. -I think what people lack is not motivation.....but true grit HONESTY. Couple THAT with the disease of COMPARISON. -What I mean is.......instead of being honest with the level that you are AT and working with that.....and making advances on that......people instead often occupy their minds by making unconscious comparisons with other people and other situations. -If you can

-I've determined what I think to be the best quality of food - and I make that my priority. The same thing with anything else in life. What other motivation is there, other than to choose what YOU think are the highst things....and incorporate them? THAT'S self-actualization in the true sense. -David Mason

Anything that you are HIGHLY motivated to do.......even if it's cookie dough......you should DO.....but with GREAT consciousness......putting all your awareness into it.....and seeing how it REALLY makes you feel. -When you come to some REAL honest and committed decisions about what you really want......you will be so MOTIVATED that you won't have to kick yourself. -You won't have to use

Well: -The professional machine is just a water pump and warmer.......along with tubing and a plastic insert. Alternate warm & cool water are pumped in....your abdomen is massaged (by yourself or the hydrotherapist) and then the machine is reversed and the water and materials are lightly suctioned out. -The machine I was on had the clear / lighted tubes so the HydroTherapist could see

-I'm for them - if used occasionally to accellerate a process that you are already on. I don't reccomend them as a means to repair neglect.....or if a person is just cleaning out....so they can shovel some poor foods in there! -I've had several - and my experience has been positive. -David Mason

My experience: -Mostly loss of weight..at first..which can be regulated.....to the frequency you want....but the size will come shortly thereafter. -For those that were rather obese....like myself.....it took some time for the skin to come back into good order. 6 months for most of it......but perhaps 2 or 3 years for me to finally have that 6 pack! LOL. -David Mason
