Have you tried mono meals? I know it works for some people. If it's a psycological thing, try meditating through some of the times that you feel the urge to eat. Some people set an alarm clock and eat only when it goes off.....

I eat something evry 2 hours. a few carrots, a banana, some almonds.... just something at least every 2 hours. try doing that. it's best to eat 6-7 small meals every day to keep your metabolism up.

that all sounds fine. one thing you could do, in a small cup, put basil, oregano, parsley flakes, crshed red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar, and 2TBSP olive oil, juice from 1 lemon, let it sit for a day or so and drizzle that over your salad.

fresh herbs, too, are fine. The list you have there could make a lot of tastey combinations, huh? If you are still confused about what to eat, go with mono meals for a few days. After you get the hang of things, it wont be so hard to figure out a daily menu. You'll do fine! you'll see!

Even though I know veganism would be best for my family, I'm the only one in my house that is. I buy all of my foods separately from theirs. My daughter has taken over cooking the meats for them. Not because I refuse to cook it, but she's supporting me in her own 14 year old way, I guess. If I leave the choice to them, they will follow my example in time.

I had simelar issues until day 5 or 6. If you were already eating fairly clean, there may not be much there. How regular were you before the fast began?

well, dear, pretty much everything they say to cut out, I don't eat anyway. I think if you really believe that's what you have contracted, it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot. Mastercleanser will most likely clear up any skin trouble you are having anyway. I've had eczema on my hands for years, but it's going away(finally)! I'll keep in touch with you in case you have any questions after you star

I had open heart surgery at an early age. I'm 34 now, so I think it's time for me to get a little more responcible with my eating habits.

any citrus fruits will give you a good start of energy in the morning. I usually go with oranges, kiwi, grapes and an apple for breakfast.

I think it's fun to try different mixes too. I love to fix things in the kitchen. My kids who used to complain about the foods I eat, are now my tase testers. Go figure?

I did it for 7 days. I dropped about 11 pounds. concidering you gain aout half of what you loose back when you start eating again, it's not too bad of a drop.

I couldn't agree more. Since becomming a wiccan, I've found myself to be very empatetic toward others. It's frusterating at times.

I don't know about the pyramid thing. Do you meditate for relaxation at all? I know it helps me to ground and center my nerves every day or I'd be a basket case by evening! 3 teens and my mom live with me.... YIKES! It's just a thought, though.

The diet sounds fine, but I question the sleeping from 10-6 thing. If he is an active person, the extra fats from the nuts and avacado will be burned off through out the day. I try to eat that kind of stuff earlier in the day so that I have all day to burn it off. Since it is natural fat, it isn't as damaging as, say, butter would be. It also depends on how much of it you're eating, too. Moderati

try eating the whole orange instead of just the juice. Is that all you had for breakfast? Your body may need more than that after 8 or more hours of not eating. try adding some sliced apple, grapes and maybe a couple kiwi. High energy foods and a little fiber in the mix.
