I've done master cleanser for the first time. The energy level was through the roof! I'm going to continue with a 3-5 day every month from here on out.

One thing I've always thought when I would watch the number of pills my residents had to take every day was "look at all the synthetic garbage they have to take to live!" It just seems an agonizing prolonging of the inevitable. If they were fed better and the actual illnesses treated instead of treating each symptom with another group of pills, many wouldn't be sick at all.

Crescent Moon Herbals is a good place to get olive leaf powder, too. They also offer wheat grass powder.

Good advise! I'd still do the master cleanser just to detoxify your system, but as a continual preventitve, the olive leaf powder is good.

Instead of hemp see doil, wouldn't you be getting a better bang for your buck to eat seed and all? I mean hemp seed granola and hemp seeds in salads isn't a bad idea. From what I understand they are the perfect seed.

putting myself out of any heart attack risk is one of my biggest motivaters. I want to see my kids grow up and be there for them as they experience lives of their own. Having had one open heart surgery, I don't want to have to worry about that ever again.

Ya' know though, gorilla's are HUGELY muscular and they don't eat meat. Aren't we simalar in structure to them? Not saying we're monkeys, but you know what I mean! Fruitarian1 is built well on fruit alone, so I think all those goofy basteges that say we HAVE to eat meat for muscle can stuff it...

or the food production companies out to make a buck at the consumers expence. Is it true that some of the chemicals used to make fat free margerine are the same as in our gasoline in our cars? I don't remember where I heard that, but it shocked me!

Good plan, mi' friend! ! I think the once a month thing for me will work well. If I have problems, I can always readjust as needed. I'm 5'3" so I'm shooting for about 110-115. I have no problems with raw foods at all. My diet before, gave me plenty of stomache issues, though. Every thing from gas to nausia. SO, in my opinion, I've made the best choice for me. LOLOL! ! !

Good job! ! I'll bet you've dropped a couple pounds, huh? After just 4 days I had dropped 8. I wasn't hungry either durring the fast. coolness! I think I'm gonna do 4-6 days every month. I think your watermelon is so high in water content that it wouldn't have been an issue for you anyway. There were a couple days that I almost forgot to eat after I broke the fast. LOLOL! !

I found my transition to raw was much easier than I had expected. I did the master cleanser and i feel great. I'll commit to 4-6 days monthly with that. I think that should be a good amount of time for me. My monthly days will work out fine.

That type of situation is never an easy one to deal with. No one can blame you for having some comfort food. Do you belive in the "there are no accidents" theory? Concidering my religion, I do. My point is, everything happens for a reason. Even if we don't understand what that reason may be. Keep your friend in your thoughts and say a couple prayors for him, as will I. Many blessings to

I think our diet is fine. It's not necessarily low in fat, we just eat good natural fats from seeds and nuts.

I agree with rob on that score. After a couple days of raw, I ended up going all raw. My system greatly appreciated it. You'll do fine!

your exercise reutine sounds simelar to mine! I'm going into natural women's body building and transitioning to raw. I haven't noticed any tiredness, though. I actually think I have more energy with a raw diet. I think if you're already at the 80% mark, the rest should be a cake walk for you. Keep adding more and more raw meals and you'll be there before ya' know it.
