To be honest, I'd suggest mono meals for a few days and see if she can pin point the exact food(s) that are a problem for her. aster cleanser probably wouldn't hurt either. Not a total fast, but maybe 2-3 8 ounce glasses of the mixed juice at night instead of dinner. It's specifically for these types of problems, right???

Are aussie products vegan friendly, though? I've seen some of the natural hair care products. I just don't know which ones are best for my hair type. I don't want all kinds of funky chemicals in it if it can be avoided.

184. hair care
I have waist length hair, and humidity makes it frizzy. Can some one suggest a hair care line that will stop this problem? I've been told that thick hair is just like that, but i've seen plenty of people with thick hair and it's silky and glossy.

it wouldn't suprise me at all to find out that some are. If there's balance in your diet, you probably don't need them anyway.

for those of you who eat fresh fruit, what are your favorite mixes? I'm looking for ideas for fresh fruit breakfast salads. Also, do you ever use frozen, thawed fruit?

I'm not sure about the foods/shaking connection. I know there are some foods that she could be having an alergic reaction to, though. Is there some food that she recently started eating since you said her shaking had just recently begun?

pine nuts in salads are awesome too. I've tried walnuts, but for some reason, they upset my stomach.

that's true for me too. on line is where I discovered raw foods. since then, I've spoken to my doctor about it, and according to him, he'd only heard of it in reference to actors and movie stars. Now, he's looking up information daily on line for his own use as wellas for a couple of his patients.

I guess it could be. Have you tried some mono food meals to see if the mixture of what you are eating could be the problem?

In a way, I think if you just jump into raw foods without knowing first what you're doing, you start to feel like it's a "DIET" instead of a lifestyle change. Then the feelings of depriving yourself start and it makes it harder to stick with. That is just an opinion of course, but then, some do great just jumping in and taking that leap of faith....

I ended up using the master cleanser, too. I'm on day 4 now. I screwed up last night, though. I ate, and oh! boy! did I pay for it later! My stomach was killing me for a little while! I feel soooo much better today!

I think green apple and kiwi and carrot is a good mix. I know it sounds funky, but it's pretty good.

as for your water question, I drink around 2 gallons every day. Something else you can try is mono-meals. one type fruit or one type of veggie for your meals. I don't know if that will help, but it's worth a try. You can try drinking more water(not necessarily 2 gallons) with some lemon sliced in it.

I would think fennel and lemon. Both are good for healing the skin.

I tried transitioning slowly, but after a couple days of raw foods, other stuff didn't agree with me so well. I'd still advise the slow transition, though. I wouldn't jump into anything until you know how you'll adjust....

how much water are you drinking every day? I'd try the tea again if it helped you before. I wonder too about the steamed veggies and rice. I don't cook any of my foods, and constipation isn't a problem, but then it never has been for me. You could try the tea again, though. I'd also try drinking more water durring the day.
