relax! keep with foods that you know for now. add one or two new ones each week to see how you like them. All of the people on this forum have probably been right where you are now. I know I was. It's a good change and you'll learn alot about yourself as you transition.

yep! last year at this time I weighed 260. I'm at 180 now. I dropped 11 pounds in 7 days on master cleanse. Not too shabby! It's good that your friend is that supportive! You'll both have good experiences from this, you'll see!

Just think of it as boycotting the blubber machines (restaurants). I don't know of one that offers normal portions of healthy vegan type foods where I live. Our asian restaurants serveings are enough to feed 3 adults and it's always greesey. EEEWWWW! ! !

I'd go for fresh baby spinache, green pepper, kale, olives....... If it's green, eat it.lOLOL! ! If you add some fresh herbs to your lemon juice for your dressings, it'll add a better flavor and not quite the sour tang from the lemon.

I think just your regular raw foods diet would be fine in addition to the dr. natura. maybe add some extra spices to your salad dressings..... cayanne, garlic, cilantro

I usually eat 6-7 small meals every day as well as drinking 2 gallons of water. My first meal is always fruit, then raw granola, or fruit as a snack, salad for lunch, granola for a snack and a smaller salad for dinner. If I'm hungry at bed time, a few carrots and celery sticks, and some almonds. YOu can put almost anything in salads. My lunch salad is usually lettuce, green pepper, avacado, red o

I have heard rave reviews for dr.natura and the system he developed. I haven't tried it yet, though.

I just came off af a 7 day master cleanse. There is only 2TBSp of lemon juice in the mix with 10 ounces of water. I would think with the syrup and pepper, also, the citris would be diluted enough that you shouldn't have a problem. I mean a whole cup of orange juice would have quite a bit more citris than this mixture. It was designed for ulcers, so you should be fine, I would think....

Would it be a good thing or not to use the same lemon mixture as mastercleanser as just an occasional pick me up drink? I didn't think it would do any harm even if you are not fasting. What do you think???

Are you meaning the crystalized sea salt? I think it desolves the same in water as the other sea salt does, but it IS supposed to have a softer/milder taste to it. It wouldn't hurt to try it and see what you think of it, though.

In master cleanse, it's only 1/4 tsp. per LITER of water. I htink you're just using WAY too much salt.

I don't know about every one else, but I eat pretty much the same sorts of things every day. Breakfast is usually a fruit salad of mango, pineapple, tangerine slices and dices fresh pear sprinkled the night before with either stiva or sugar in the raw(use very little of that, though). For lunch, lettuce wraps with green pepper, avacado, sliced onion, mushrooms and drizzle that with lemon, olive oi

I'm a nut nut, so I think I'm getting enough fats. Besides as thick as my hair is, I doubt I'd notice any loss unless clumps of it started falling out.

Elton John? I think Crocodile Rock is the only song I can think of from him. He did a duet with George Michael from WHAM but, I can't remember the name.

As for the maple (that's the syrup) you'll mix that into every glass. If you happen to get hungry, mix up an extra glass. I never got hungry though. I don't know what the difference would be between grade A or B. I used molasses. After you down your water in the morning, you can drink the lemon mixture. It doesn't take more thatn half an hour or so for the salted water to flush through your syste

My dogs eat fruit and veggies too, but they also eat their dog food. My chocolate lab is bonkers for onions. She eats them like apples. My spanial eats apples, core and all.

I forgot to put the "smooth move" laxitive tea before bed at night. Most health food stores carry that.

I guess it depends on if you are looking for raw foods vegan or just vegan. As for a fast, we've been helping out another member in "master cleanse-help me out-gonna do it" a couple lines above you, here. Dr. Natura is too expencive for me, so this is the fast I did.

good idea. I think as long as the syrup isn't refined pancake crap, you'll be ok. Like I said though, I think. I ended up using molasses, but that was my preference. someone posted the link to the mastercleanser, but I can't remember where it is. I'll go search for it.

Good Job! I have decided to decrease the sizes of my meals as the day goes on. Big breakfast, average lunch and a smaller dinner. I don't seem to sleep as well if I have too much in my belly at bed time. I'm eating some nuts too, but half an avacado in my last meal of the day seems to be helping me feel fuller. Bst of luck to you and keep us posted!

Don't forget to do the litre of sea salt water flush every morning, as well. If you can't find the syrup you want, black strap molasses can be substituted. Be careful with the cayanne pepper, a dash is good uless you like it a tad warmer. It has a kick if you use too much.LOLOL! I had an accident with my shaker one afternoon. I was adding the pepper to my glass when the top of the shaker came of
